If I could give zero stars I would. I have given 5 referrals to this company (all have booked with them) and I will be constantly spreading the word that they should be avoided at all costs. I booked with them on Monday for a friday when I needed to be out of my place. They never showed so when I called they said "oh I remember the phone idk what happened just forgot to book it" and now cannot move me. Finding movers last minute is NEARLY impossible and will cost me a fortune. Not only did they mess up but he also hung up on me when they were called out on this. They are awful. Do no use them.

Had a two day move planned. Crew showed up on the first day on time and were very hard-working and packed everything up excellently.
Second day, nobody showed up. We started calling one hour after the scheduled time and it took multiple calls before anyone was willing to pick up the phone. We were advised that a driver was sick and we would need to postpone for a few hours. Ok, no problem, we're not in a rush.
Waited three hours beyond the newly advised time before calling again. At this point we've called and emailed multiple times with zero response. We have literally no idea if

Hired to help my disabled brother move. They showed up with a 16' truck but refused to load anything into it and instead only loaded a few things in our small U-Haul and breached the contract by walking off the job. I had warned them that the neighbor was backing up a big truck and nearly hit their moving truck but they turned that warning into a false claim of racial slurs. I've NEVER used racial slurs and would NEVER use racial slurs. They just decided that they didn't want to work beyond 20 minutes but still demanded full price of a 2-hour minimum fee plus truck rental that they never used.

The You Got It Movers were on-time, professional, and quick. They came in, scoped the task at hand and got to work. They offered guidance on things we might want to pack with a little more protection and even took the time to remove the legs on a large buffet and replace them when they were moved to the new place. This is a task I would have had to do with other movers, but the You Got It Movers did it and made our move that much easier. I recommend them and would hire them again.

I tried my hardest to pack all my belongings before my move. Life and work got in the way. I called them the day before and they reassured me there was nothing to worry about. They told me you got it! They were very professional the entire time, even though to me it was complete chaos. The guys got there in the morning and loaded the truck right away! I’m so thankful for them! They saved me! I will recommend this company to all my friends and family!

I had a smaller move (just a few larger pieces of furniture), and You Got It worked with me to make it happen! Response time was quick, the movers were professional and polite, and the overall move went very smoothly. There was a mix up with my original move date, but they fixed the mistake very quickly. I would 100% recommend the company and would definitely hire them again!

We had You Got It! Movers pack up our home in Bellevue and move us to Arlington today. We were first impressed with our bid because this company quoted us significantly less, than two other professional moving companies. Then the moving crew which consisted of Kyle, Logan and Eric were so professional, fast and made the experience so pleasant. We still have some additional work that we need to finish before we're fully moved in and we will definitely be calling to request them again. This company is by far one of the most professional and cost-effective. Thank you!

Wow! You guys are amazing! Personal, professional, quick, and efficient! We are impressed with how friendly and polite you were from the beginning. We appreciate that you took time to disassemble and reassemble furniture, place each box in their designated rooms, and assisted with reorganizing our storage space. You never complained about the move from a second floor apartment to a third floor apartment even though it was quite hot outside.

We have moved internationally and locally more times than we can remember. You got it moving Company is one of the best we have dealt with ever. We didn't know James was the owner until after the move. He is so humble and caring. His team Cyrus, Brandon, and Rudy were great! Caitrin and James were so professional and prompt with the scheduling process. Let's get to it. Would I hire this company again to move my antiques? Yes. Which was most of my furniture. I hired 3 guys because of a piano. Rock, skinny Bryce (don't let his size fool you) and another I can't remember his name (sorry). 3 hours of work plus 30 minutes drive time to & 30 minutes drive time back. They wrapped everything in plastic and blankets. The upright piano was the last to leave the house and with grunts and groans all 3 were able to get it down the stairs, out the door and onto the truck. Stay away... We used the company to move within Bothell and now we have over 5k damages - they rolled the piano on our beautiful hardwood floor and left deep indentations on the entire path, from the entry to the dining room. The company does not have insurance to cover damages they make to your house.
We contacted the company about the problem, it has been months, and and "You got it movers" have done nothing to resolve this.

We had an amazing team of guys move us this morning. Joey and David were prompt, courteous, and very quick to move us into our new home.
James (the owner) even came out to cover when RJ became ill and covered until his replacement (David) could get to the house.
