I'm Charley Bowling, founder of Neo Moving. Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, I was thrust into the foster care system at the age of 11. The challenges I faced during this period of life compelled me to overcome many obstacles. As an adult, I made a commitment to always treat others with kindness and respect.
I began working in the moving industry in Seattle and genuinely enjoyed helping customers. But I soon saw issues that made me angry - movers who were rude to customers, hidden fees that weren't mentioned up-front, and carelessness that resulted in damaged belongings. I began saving up to start a Seattle-area moving company that would do things right.

We're based in Woodinville and primarily service all areas of Snohomish, and King County. If your move is over 55 miles from origin to destination, then it is considered long distance by the state, and we are not able to conduct your move unfortunately. Yes, whether you're moving to or from an apartment, condo, house or office space, we're happy to assist you.
At Neo Moving, we go out of our way to protect and secure your belongings. Our many five-star customer service reviews are proof of our quality care and attention to detail. Excellent group of people! Personally I highly AND highly recommend this moving company. Our moving was actually done back in July so I almost feel guilty about my delayed review. Daren, the head of the moving team that day, did fantastic job and was a very very nice person. The rest of the team was very easy to work with as well and they were great. Special thanks to Charley, the owner of the company, since he even came out to the site later in the day to help us out with bringing our huge refrigerator into our new kitchen. He and Daren came up with creative ideas and made it work. They did not

These guys were amazing! Friendly. Worked hard and fast. Were super efficient. We wouldn't have been able to move without them. The owner even told us we were under our estimate and charged us less than we were anticipating. I will be hiring them again.

Our crew was fantastic. We've moved 5 times during COVID, and perhaps aside from the cadets from the Citadel, the Neo crew was the best. On time, communicative, careful, thorough, friendly. They took care of what they moved, and made sure they cleaned everything up afterwards. If you want a near seamless move, I highly recommend Neo Moving. We will absolutely be using them in our final re-settling move!

Charley and team did a great job with my move - prompt, professional, courteous, and friendly. They assembled and reassembled two beds, took down the TV mount, and made sure everything was properly protected for the move. During unload, they took the time to place each item or box into the right room to make unpacking easier, and took extra care with two boxes of china and several other fragile items. Thanks for making my move as painless as possible!

We have used Neo moving twice within the last year and we couldn't be more pleased. Generally great communication, hard working and dependable guys who seem to really try and take care of your stuff during a move. They really roll out the red carpet and pretty much give you white glove service for your furniture. I'd highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if needed. Reasonable pricing too!!

We've used Neo Moving twice now, once for a move from a house to an apartment last year and then this year from the apartment to a house.
Charley is always awesome to talk to and respectful for getting everything schedule and set up. Both time we worked with Garret as the Lead. Garret is great to work with and always "can do" with his crew.
This go around we had a move from a storage site, to the apartment, to the house. We had to improvise when there was more stuff in the storage than anticipated, but the crew was still able to get done under the estimated timeframe.

This was by far the best moving experience I have ever had. Charley was very responsive and answered all my questions before the move. The day of the move was super hot. Everyone showed up on time and worked very hard to get done as quickly as possible. The crew clearly took a lot of pride in their work and managed to make it fun! I would absolutely recommend them.

Before we decided on Neo Move, I called around to a few places to check into availability, pricing, etc. - Charley was fantastic and by far the most helpful person I spoke to. Highly recommend Neo Moving! Charlie was responsive and easy to work with. We recently had moved from San Diego to Seattle and needed to find a local mover to unload our POD and move into our new place. Due to limited street parking we had the crew meet us at the POD facility, unload our POD, drive to our house and unload/move us in. The crew arrived right on time, unloaded the POD in 30 minutes and worked efficiently to move everything into our house. They were communicative, worked efficiently and wore masks and followed COVID guidelines. We only had booked them about a book before we needed

Neo Moving was absolutely fabulous. Courteous, prompt, professional and friendly. They were incredibly flexible with my move, changing on the fly as needed. They were quick and the estimate was right on. Dealing with Charlie was great, and he kept in contact all the way through. His people (Chris and Darryl) were terrific. These guys are AWESOME and affordable! We had a very FULL storage unit, enough so that it was determined early on that we would need another truck! No problem at all! After our approval (for a very reasonable charge), they were on the phone and second truck was brought, just about the time they were ready for it. We sat in the car and watched them for a while and were amazed at how efficiently they worked! Things that would take both of us to move (SLOWLY), they made it look almost effortless. They worked very hard and were very helpful in our move from Lynnwood to Bonney Lake. THANK YOU

We had a good experience with Neo Moving. I reached out via their website on a Friday and they were able to complete our local move on Sunday (two days later). The price was $180 per hour for three people (including their transit time from Lynwood to our move locations). All of the items we needed to move were already packed and wrapped from previous moves into storage so Neo only needed to load everything on their truck and deliver it. We had them do some re-arranging of furniture at our home during the move which also went well. They were careful with the furniture and didn't damage

We absolutely loved working with Neo Moving's owner Charley, and his staff Terrance and Garret of Neo Moving. They were very courteous, friendly, kind and careful when moving the 20 years worth of furniture, and personal items that we had accumulated. They were also really fast and hardworking during a rare hot day in Seattle! We were so impressed that we treated them all to dinner and gave them a big tip that was well deserved to say thank you for a job very well done! We had to sell the large home we shared with my in laws in their declining years, disperse things from their 62 years together, and move ourselves to @ 2nd story walk up. Charley and his team had our backs through the entire process treating everything from our table saw to our fragile glass cabinet with appropriate and excellent care. In a situation that had potential to be full of problems and grief, everything went very smoothly and we even had some entertaining moments.
