The worst job ever.
I paid 1000 dollar to have a GOLD chain cut up and divided into bracelets. Turns out this sneaky jeweler used silver to instead of white gold to put together the bracelets..
if I wanted a 10 dollar piece of silver I would have gone to swap meet!
Do not waste your money with this people..
To the jeweler: if u are that broke and really need the money .. you could have just ask! I would have lend you the 1k.

He makes sure your comfortable and does not force you into anything!! (Words from my husband). Every time I go in, they always greet me with a smile (even behind their masks)!! I brought in a tray of rings not knowing if they were real or fake. Johnny kindly examined and weighed each one and told me its approximate value for no charge. 33 years ago, my husband bought me a gorgeous 1.8 carat high set diamond wedding ring. I have cherished that ring our entire married life. A few weeks ago, the diamond snapped off at the end of a vacation weekend and I could not find it. I was just sick and so was my husband. So my husband went to see Johnnie at Y2K with a frantic request to help replace the lost stone that meant so much to us. Johnnie immediately found a replacement that is actually a better quality stone than the one I started with. My ring was back on my finger 2 days from the time I lost it! He gave us a REALLY fair price

This place is terrible. I went in to sell a ring that I no longer wanted. The owner told me to come back next weekend and we would buy it. When I came back, he offered me less than what he agreed to the weekend before and then told me he wouldn’t buy it. Why would I waste my time and come back if you were going to try and low ball me and then turn me away. Don’t go here.

I took in my ring and wasn't sure what to do with it, Elissa and her sister were wonderful. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Elissa was so sweet when she called to tell me my ring was ready, she was so excited for me to see the finished product. I was absolutely stunned. It was beautiful and the craftsmanship was amazing. I have to say, Wow, my Wedding Band was cracked at the base & needed reinforcement white Gold, I didn't expect some day Service, but...it was ready the same day!!! Customer Service was incredible & they took the time to clean my Wife's bands... Free!!! My ring looks & feels brand New. Next, bring my Dad's gift ring to me in for some repairs too. Wow, my Wedding Band looks & feels New:)
