I must say, this jeweler was by far, the greatest and did the most amazing work I have ever seen. I was blown away by it, and incredibly pleased by the intricacies of the work that was done. He has a genuine talent/gift for this. There are truly no words that can describe what he did for me!!! The necklace he repaired was completely damaged torn all the way through, and it was a gift, for receiving my Master’s degree 27 years ago, it had such sentimental value with it. Vatche and KoKo are an amazing father/son duo. They are warm and welcoming and so easy to talk to! We are shopping around for a ring and I'm so glad this was one of our stops. We found them a few years ago after we got engaged because we were looking for a local jewelers that did same day ring sizing (because who wants to wait to wear their brand new engagement ring), they sized my engagement band within a few hours and were able to size the ring without ruining the engraving we had on the inside of the band.

I received excellent customer service from with Mr. Coco! I took a necklace with a broken lobster claw clasp, but given that clasp has stones I did not want for it to be replaced. Mr. Coco did his magic and fixed a broken spring in the clasp within a few hours! This was the first time I had ever had a piece if jewelry fixed, so I am not too familiar with typical cost, however for the meticulous job it was required I believe the price was very reasonable.
I will returning in the future if need to, and will gladly recommend Mr. Coco to family and friends.

My grandmother's wedding ring, almost 100 years old, had been "repaired" by another jeweler and the work was so sloppy it had lost even the shape of the setting.
