I LOVE Ballroom Addiction! I am from Utah so every time I visit Las Vegas, this is the one and only place I go to for the best ballroom, swing and Latin dance experience! The staff and instructors were so kind and accommodating last week….I was able to get a private lesson with Michelle Dwyer, who is an amazing West Coast Swing instructor. Plus 2 hours of social dancing later that evening. What a perfect Friday for me!

Not welcoming to newcomers. It's very clique-sh, they only dance with certain people. I'm not afraid to ask men to dance, but I was refused a few times, so I stopped asking. Thus I didn't get as much dancing in as I would have liked. Apparently the seats are saved as well. I got "kicked" out of the chair I was in two times. (there was nothing on or under the chair that I sat in to indicate it was already taken).After the first bad experience, I went again one week later, hoping for a better experience. NOPE. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by going a second time. I've been dancing

So I did ballroom dancing in college about 10 years ago. I liked it. Got married. 10 years later I wanted to try it again.
I found this place online. Well, needless to say it is a very mature crowd. Lots of older people. Maybe 50 and up?
It was $5 for 2 hours of ballroom social dancing on Friday night from 8-10PM. Average of about 50 people Which appears to be a lot for Las Vegas.
Anyways. Be prepared to social dance and it may be ideal if you go with a partner. Thanks!
