Marvel Design Build Group, our new expanded entity, has been designing and building new homes and room additions for the past three decades as Paul Design Builders, serving the Chicagoland and and southwest suburban communities in Cook, Will and DuPage counties.
Our company was started in the 1970's, primarily doing exterior renovations, as an extension of the family's business, started in the 1950's, which was a masonry and tuck-pointing company - eventually progressing to include design services, interior renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, room additions and then onto new home construction.

Marvel Design Build Group is a comprehensive, all-inclusive design/build firm that brings to you, our customers, the very best in architectural design, custom home building and renovations. We are family owned and have proudly served the Chicagoland and Suburban Chicagoland communities for the past three decades.
We will work with you to design your new home, either drawing custom plans according to your specifications, modifying stock plans or working with existing plans you may already have. We will build your single family home (any size or square footage), duplex unit or small multi-unit family project according to your needs, plans and specifications.
You may have identified a need regarding your living space and you may or may not know exactly what you want, but you probably have a general idea as to what you would like to do. We will work with you to design exactly what you desire in your new home, addition or renovation project.
We have access to 100's of home plans that can be customized to suit your style and design preference or we can start from the beginning and create your own custom plans.We provide all working drawings designed in-house to your specifications. We are able to design new homes, additions, and any interior renovation projects that call for working drawings or floor plans.

We provide full design and remodeling services for your bathroom. We can redesign your bathroom space for an updated, more functional and more eco friendly environment. We can conserve water by installing newly designed toilets and water saving faucets and shower heads. We can remove your old tub and install new bathtubs, whirlpool tubs, and soaker tubs.
We build custom home/room additions, whether a single room add on or a complete 2nd or 3rd story addition. We strive to have that addition look and feel as if it were part of the original structure. We can add on and up and also completely renovate and combine old structure with new to look like new construction.
