BrightLeaf is a diamond in the rough. They built us a beautiful energy efficient home that blends in perfectly on our Chicago historic landmark district street. I would not trust anyone else to pull this off. BrightLeaf maintains contact with us and is ready to help if any issues arise. They have a great warranty policy. Strongly recommend them for your project if you’re able to secure them as your builder.

We've been in our home since May '19 and couldn't be happier. We've done new construction once before, and BrightLeaf blew our minds with how much better their process is. Rick, Scott, and Jeremiah are fantastic and Brett making sure everything was done properly on site made this process easy. Best part is they came thru with their 1 year warranty promise and fixed any minor errors and settling with the house. If we move or build again, we're only using BrightLeaf.

Building a home with BrightLeaf Homes was a dream come true for my husband and me. They have a great process that helped us establish what we wanted in the new home, what our preferences, likes and dislikes were. Home building seemed like it would be full of pitfalls and regrets, but I'm fortunate and thankful to say it was just the opposite experience building with BrightLeaf (BL). After seeing so many people roll their eyes when we told them we were doing new construction and telling us "just wait, it will go over on budget and/or timing", we had reason to question our decision, but the team at BL seemed so genuine and different from all the stereotypical home construction pitfalls and norms that we put our trust in them and we are so glad we did because they delivered in every way and

We recently purchased a BrightLeaf Home and the process could not have gone smoother. We looked at several new homes in the Western Suburbs and you can immediately tell that these builders go above and beyond the standard. Comparatively, they out shined the competition when it came to craftsmanship, detail and customer service. Jarrett and Alex have been great to work with and still provide support for us, even after the purchase.

I can't say enough about our experience with the team at BrightLeaf Homes. They have a unique niche in the home building market with not only eco-friendly homes but modern, open concept that you don't see with suburban Chicago builders. From start to finish, this was such a smooth process with building a custom home. The entire process is broken up to phases and communicated through meetings and use of the mobile app. Their in-house professionals were always available for any questions. Building a new home (especially for first timers) can be stressful and this was anything but that.

Our BrightLeaf experience all started with a casual walk-in of an open house in Brookfield. The home was beautiful from the outside and we decided to pull over and take the tour. That day, Rick was showing the home and we hit it off immediately with him. Not only was the home beautiful inside as well, but Rick's enthusiasm and passion was as obvious as the quality of craftsmanship in the home.
