Services
When you or a loved one are at risk of deportation, it is essential that you speak with an experienced immigration attorney. In these cases, talking with a knowledgeable immigration attorney can mean the difference between being deported and staying with your family in the United States. Immigration attorney Daniel M. Wigon offers experienced, aggressive and effective deportation representation for clients throughout Northern California.
The immigration law regulating when and how someone may be bailed out and released by Immigration and Customs Enforcement ("ICE") are complex. As an experienced immigration attorney, Daniel M. It undoes someone's "illegal" entry into the United States without having to leave the country. The ability to adjust your status from within the borders of the United States depends largely on how you entered the country. Example 1: If you entered on a tourist visa but overstayed, it doesn't matter because you initially entered the country legally and were inspected by a government official.
Immigration law and rules can be interpreted differently by the various government bodies and agencies. These rules and laws can also often undergo dramatic changes caused by changing regulations. A seemingly simple question or concern might turn out to be a complex matter which requires an experienced immigration attorney.
A consultation with an attorney is an essential opportunity to provide prospective clients with a detailed analysis of their legal problems, needs and goals. The initial consultation provides necessary information to analyze all options, including the timing and cost for achieving the results sought.

Met with Thomas J. Baker (younger, tall lawyer). The guy really knew what he was talking about - VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! We were simply there for an hour long consultation. He answered all our questions and then some. We were his last clients on a Friday and our hour was up, but he still kept talking with us. Highly recommend this firm! Very knowledgeable and nice!

Came by for a consultation ($150) and wasn't too impressed with what they had to offer, the attorney looked over the letter I needed help with and wasn't even really sure what it was asking and he just wasn't even sure of what he was advising and what it was asking! Overall disappointed with the service I got for $150 for like 30 mins! Not that professional! Excepted a precise and professional answer but he was just kind of beating around the bush not know what the hell we need to do!

Over the years I have referred numerous clients to Dan Wigon for immigration and criminal defense needs. Dan helped my mom get her citizenship a few years ago. He proved to be professional, knowledgeable, attentive, responsive, and successful in achieving what was at task. He also helped others I know with their complex deportation and asylum cases. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking help with immigration issues.

Dan Wigon and his staff have been wonderful! Thanks to them, my uncle was saved from deportation and able to remain in the U.S. with us. Mr. Wigon and his staff are truly professional, efficient and reasonably priced.
Some people may think that it is better to avoid lawyer fees, but in deportation proceedings, there are many steps and it gets complicated. Without the help of this office, my uncle would have been deported. Mr. Wigon has over 15 years of experience with knowledge of criminal law. He not only resolved the immigration issue, he was also able to reduce my uncle's DUI to a wet

Dr. X must have had unreal expectations regarding his legal situation that he placed himself in. Lawyers are people, not magicians. They cannot snap their fingers and "undo" the mistakes people make.
It is their job to inform their client of potential situations or conclusions that may come from their actions--sometimes those things are in fact frightening!
Mr. Wigon and his entire office are a pleasure to deal with and will be the first law office I go to should I need it.
