Boy do I wish they were as professional as these other reviews say. 3 weeks. I was given the runaround for 3 weeks from Steve. I'd ask to schedule and he'd just ask for me to reach out the next week, and that's if I wasn't just plain ignored. There was no way to schedule and any attempt I made to ask Steve when he is next available was met with "bug me next week" or nothing at all. When he did respond it was very short lived and then I wouldn't hear back for days. I'm a pretty patient person, and if you are swamped, short-staffed, sick, etc I understand, but if you do not communicate to a customer

I called American Home Shield and they gave me Absolute Plumbing phone number and I called on a wed stated to them that my Hot water heater was out. Nathan called me and stated that he could be at my house on Friday from 12-3pm. They were very busy. I live in the Buchanan Dam area and not many companies work with American Home Shield. Nathan came out on Friday at around noon and fixed my hot water heater. He and his co worker were very professional and worked very fast.

Several weeks ago, I had a problem on a Sunday with a commercial building that I own in Burnet. My tenant is also open on Sunday so it was critical for me to get it fixed as soon as possible. I called Steve and he sent Nathan out the same day to work on the problem. As it turns out, a prior plumber had taken numerous shortcuts and did extremely shoddy work. Nathan explained everything clearly, gave me my options, and diligently worked on a very difficult problem. I couldn't be happier with the professionalism, responsiveness, quality, and the price!
