I've had an awesome 30+ year career at the Bosworth company in west Texas. I was fortunate to work in every aspect of the plumbing and A/C business for the Bosworth family (who we will miss). After my wife and I came to the Highland Lakes area, we fell in love with the people and the area. After many answered prayers, we are relocating here and look forward to serving in the community and providing plumbing and air conditioning service to this area.

Absolutely the best customer service ! Most plumbers answer your call and then never call you back, but their receptionist Lisa was quick to call me back and had us on the docket for the day immediately. Great staff , and friendly & affordable services . I wouldn't call anyone else!

James destroyed the door frame going around the hot water heater closet. He had no remorse AND expets ME to pay for the destruction he cause. The damage he did will cost as much more than the hot water heater and installation. This is the 3rd hot water heater in 25 years. This was never an issue before. He did not ask for my permission to rip it off. He just did it! Sloppy work. Bad business!

We recently had plumbing repairs done over the holidays by James and couldn't be more satisfied. Fixed the problem, advised us how to keep the issue from becoming another future problem (roots), was on time, called ahead. He is courteous, personable, professional as well as knowledgeable. Also advised us on better practices and filters for our HVAC system with clear explanations for the reasons. Big thanks all around!
