Would not recommend this facility to care for anyone who mattered to me. Advise for anyone considering Excellence to read the negative reviews here that the company wasn't able to convince the writer to remove. Say I'm just a bitter, disgruntled ex employee (an important dept head at that) if you so choose, but I know better from close to 3 yrs behind the scenes there, at 60+ salaried hrs/wk, having to put out fires with families consistently due to lack of proper nursing care alone! Do your research on this place, it's owners, and history before listening to a pitch from their salesman. I doubt

Excellence Assisted Living has an awesome team and caring staff. They've always gone above and beyond to ensure their resident's are active, cared for and also have the best meals. We all know food is important for seniors as is socialization. If you want an affordable, new, and fun facility then this is the place for you or your loved one.

I did visit Excellence the other day, as I am looking for a place for my mom who had fallen a couple times and needs more help. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Especially Chris from marketing was very helpful and answered all my questions. We passed one room that had a bunch of lady's playing games and I can totally see my mom being part of that, she loves to socialize. I've seen 2 other places in the last week and this one definitely felt right. I hope mom gets better soon, so I can show this place to her and hopefully move her.

A fantastic place for living the senior life. I moved my father in there a year ago and he life changed for the better. He became more active and made some new friends. Even during Covid, they mange to keep up the activities and keep the residents from feeling stuck home. The staff was phenomenal, they went above and beyond so many times to welcome and care for my father. Thank you Excellence ALF

We were so very hopeful that this facility would be a great fit for my mom. The tour was impressive. They interviewed my mom to determine what level of care she would require. She has very limited vision and poor mobility. She has a horrible outbreak of shingles. Needs help getting from place to place but otherwise can take care of her own personal needs. She is also a smoker. We were assured that with the press of a button someone would tend to her needs. They have housekeeping and would also be managing her medication. We moved her in on a Friday and by Saturday it as going downhill very quickly

My mother just moved into Excellence and the staff was so incredibly kind and helpful on the day she moved in. She was so nervous, but every staff member that came to talk to us was so nice and it calmed her nerves within the first couple of hours. She has a beautiful private room and plenty of space to make the place her own. Look very forward to her thriving there!

My mother-in-law lives at Excellence Senior Living. It is a beautiful place and she has met so many wonderful friends. The staff is so kind, caring and compassionate. Her experience there has allowed her to be independent but at the same time have a TEAM of people to assist her when needed. She knows all the residents and team members by name and speaks of them often. We are so grateful to everyone at Excellence for providing EXCELLENT service and care to our loved one.

My sister has lived at Excellence for over 2 years. The director is very caring and helpful to her when she needs any sort of help even if it's just moral support. He has managed everything extremely well during this difficult pandemic. The staff is also kind and helpful to my sister. The facility is top notch in every way and is maintained very well. I would highly recommend this assisted living facility to anyone looking for one in the Orlando area.
