Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
Moved in a little while ago, and am floored with how beautiful the apartments are. Spacious unit with high ceilings, huge windows, and wonderful dark wood laminate floors throughout. Had a few small issues after moving in, but facilities was quick to respond and resolve them for us. Couldn't be happier!

After living at a number of self-billed "luxury" apartment complexes between downtown Boston and Cambridge, I feel right at home at Yarn Works for its amazing apartment ambiance and responsive staff and administration. Amy was professional and a pleasure to work with from first inquiry to lease signing, and still is, which played a large factor in our decision to move in. I can confidently say that I haven't experienced this level of attentiveness anywhere else!

Most beautiful and well-maintained apartment building in the area! I've worked helping people with housing for over 22 years and this experience tops them all. Amy was absolutely wonderful in making a new resident feel welcome. She was kind, professional, and completely thorough. Great apartments, nice staff, great style. Been here for 10 months so far. Only really bad part is the inability to enjoy the outdoors without being harassed by "security". I go out to enjoy the evening and take a stroll with my girlfriend quite a bit and we almost always get yelled at by a disembodied voice for "loitering" somewhere we live when we stop to enjoy the river right behind the building. In addition, they require $15 monthly per pet even at the lofty price of these apartments (for FITCHBURG). I think my two cats don't cause $30 in damages a month, you should be charging people for children

I have only lived here for a very short time, but I must say I absolutely love it. So far, the neighbors that I have met have been friendly. The Assistant Property Manager Amy made the application process so easy for my family, transitioning out from a house of 19 years to an apartment. Maintainers are awesome they get the job done usually the same day and the property grounds are very well maintained. I am so in love with my new apartment.
