A blah, cheerless place to live. One week until Christmas, but you'd never know it here. No lights up, no Christmas tree in the foyer, no wreaths on the doors, no lights in the Community Room. Since the last caretaker and his wife left last year, no one cares about this place anymore, or the residents who live here. Everything now is about money. The property management company only cares if you pay your rent. The new caretaker only cares if you pay him extra for everything else. All voicemails, no one is ever around when you need them. The cleaning lady is a joke, never cleans, maybe empties a waste basket, charges the poor people quite a bit of money if they lock themselves out of their apartments. I don't know how she ever qualified for the job without absolutely no education whatsoever. I'm very familiar with the people at the Town Hall where this woman was the cleaning person. They filled me in on a few stories about her.

Sk property management is the absolute worst they are unprofessional and unresponsive to tenant complaints and concerns, they treat there good tenants with distain. I’ve learned from experience after renting from sk for years the only way to get your concerns complaints addressed is to contact your local authorities, the health department, the fire marshal, and the building inspector. I encourage you to do the same. Sk will be forced to address maintenance issues if its a code violation or health or safety issue they ignore or drag there feet on and this will piss them off, don’t be afraid

The maintenance man told me to hire a handyman if l needed anything done in my apartment. He said that he had far more important things that had to be done. I've been stood up by him many times in the last eight years. He has also been very nasty me, even bangs angrily on my door instead of knocking. If you call the office, they are never available and you can't leave a voicemail because it's always overloaded. I just pay my rent and try to manage my own way.
