It has taken me awhile to write this review because I haven’t had the time for the last six months or so. I got locked out & called Killeen locksmith. They said it’d be 30 minutes & it ended up being 55. The gentleman showed up in a big blue van. He got out with a hoodie, gloves and a mask on. I thought he was gonna rob me at first! Needless to say I greeted him as he came to pick the lock. I lit a cigarette and after I finished it he was still trying to pick my lock. After about 30 minutes of trying to pick the lock he finally got it, I paid him and he left. I wasn’t going to write a review

This place is amazing! They are courteous, fair, professional, friendly and are excellent at what they do! Thank you Jasmine and Thai! I really appreciate your services on my truck. I liked it so much I hired them to change all the locks in my doors! Btw… try the cookies Jasmine makes, there are delicious! 5 star service!

If you are looking for a quality locksmith, look no further. I had a dashcam DVR in my truck that has a security lock for the SD cards. It came with the wrong key, and after getting two additional sets sent out that didn't work, I decided to have a locksmith disable the lock. I called dozens of locksmiths around town, but all of them said they couldn't do it. One locksmith recommended Killeen Locksmith, so I drove on over to speak with them.
Long story short, they got it done, and it only cost me $35!!! Additionally, the staff was extremely friendly.

Tai's customer service was excellent, she was knowledgeable and compassionate with my call.
My front door had gotten kicked in. Michael was extremely helpful, he said I needed framework done and made it possible to lock my front door and feel safe again. He acted quickly and came to my home the same day I called. Great company to work with, I recommend them highly!
