Area Wide Locksmith

Ms Susan and Mr Wade we’re both friendly, professional and understanding of our dilemma. Called AAA from RV park in Burnet. AAA arranged Area Wide (AW) to contact us and help with our dilemma. We locked our RV and the cut part of our key broke off in cylinder. AW came from Llano 45-60 mins away to help us. Wade called to let me know about when he’d be here. Showed up, cleared obstruction, cut couple more keys, lubricated lock cylinders, tested new keys and wrapped up.
On the coldest night of the year so far coming our way we were very happy to get inside.

We returned our RV to find the lock had malfunctioned and our key would not work. I called a locksmith in Liberty Hill who took our information, but later called to say they had no one in our area. The original conversation had made me wonder what type of service we might expect and if they knew anything about RV locks.
Searching again, I saw good reviews for Area Wide Locksmith, so called them. She answered cheerfully even though it was now late afternoon. Yes, we will get there as soon as John returns from another call—our location is 24 miles away from their business so she knew whoever came
