Services
Front Range HVAC provides professional heating, ventilation and air conditioning services for residential and commercial clients along the Colorado front range. Whether you need simple duct cleaning, furnace repair, or are looking for expert advice on advanced HVAC systems, you can trust the team at Front Range HVAC.
If a home visit is needed, we quarantine the service area and wear masks and gloves at all times. The Air Conditioner in your home is designed to remove the heat from the air inside, and replace it with air that has been cooled. Proper installation and maintenance is essential to the performance and longevity of your cooling system.
A well-functioning furnace should accomplish two important goals. First, it should provide uniform, consistent heat for every area of your home, and second, it should run efficiently and quietly. When your furnace is either working too hard because of a malfunction or not working at all, you need quality furnace repair from the most trusted name in HVAC services - Front Range HVAC.
Installing a new furnace is not a job for anyone but a team of experienced, reliable HVAC professionals who know furnaces inside and out. The reason for this is that a lot can go wrong throughout the furnace installation process, including sourcing the replacement furnace, identifying mechanical compliance, and testing the installed unit for optimal functionality.
One of the most commonly overlooked areas of any Colorado building is the furnace and its connected ducting system. This crucial, complicated piece of machinery is responsible for keeping your home or business comfortable throughout the coldest times of the year. As important as your furnace is, it's not always obvious when it may need routine maintenance.

Pros: Great experience with Front Range HVAC. Recently installed new AC and heater. Excellent communication and professionalism from the install team Taylor and Ben ( highly recommend these 2 guys). They did a great job!
Cons: There appears to be some rebates that are available on their website but there’s not a lot of information on those and nobody offered those to me.

After receiving quotes from several companies, we chose Front Range HVAC, which provided excellent service from the time Mark came to our house—and provided a reasonable and very detailed estimate—up through the installation of the new HVAC system by Isaac, Taylor, Mather, and Brad (after preliminary electrical work by John). Front Range HVAC also submitted and processed our Xcel Rebate Form and the office staff (including Tiffany) did a great job communicating with us. Months later, a minor issue with the HVAC system was promptly resolved. Working with Front Range HVAC has been a very good

I needed my boiler replaced because it wasn't heating my home. They came out and replaced it. The first winter it was great! The second winter it was struggling to heat my house. The upstairs works great! The downstairs struggles to maintain 40 degrees when it's cold. I have called for them to send the original guy that installed it to fix it but they keep sending me someone who knows NOTHING not a damn thing about boilers. I've googled it and it says that it needs to be bled. But of course, they send the one guy who CAN'T help me!!! I'm still paying off the 12,000 dollars

I’ve used Front Range for a number of years referring tons of clients to them. They have been better than great up until now. The tech that went out to my clients house did a cleaning and a certification. Every time they have done it, it was $165. This particular job the furnace was only 1 year old. Client called me and said they charged him $650. That is ridiculous because a new furnace cost is about the same. I immediately reached out to the owner and he said they would call me the following day. Well, after no call and me reaching out multiple times and still no response I am done. I gave

I would definitely recommend calling Front Range HVAC. I was happy that I found them to take care of my air conditioning problem,. Gordon was my technician he quickly found the problem, had the parts to fix it on the truck. I was very happy to be cool again. Thank you so much Gordon for making being home a pleasure. It's going to be 95 tomorrow. I would like to leave a five star review.

Had a wonderful experience. They were honest and patient through several issues I had to navigate in order to proceed. Jeremy and Justin did a wonderful job checking in with me during that time and explaining all the different options. Tiffany (I think) was great in the office working on scheduling and financing. The tech team, Michael, ben, both Jakes, and JJ worked very hard getting the system up and running. They were polite, and easy to work with. I’m just sorry it ended up running late but they made sure the work was complete before they left and did not rush through going over everything

The people were extremely nice especially the staff. We had 2 on site calls from them. It was obvious that these technicians didn't know anything about high efficiency broiler systems. Although they stated they did. When we were out of the room we heard them calling for help. They quoted a repair that was close to $9k and then sent a salesman to bid a new system. The systems they bid were not even in the top 10. I'm sure these guys are good on central air systems. I appreciate companies that are honest and say they don't work on them. We had another company that came out

What an experience! Front Range is the top of the line HVAC companies out there. Our furnace and a/c system was 25 years old and was not working well at all. We called and made an appointment for an estimate. RobTorrence came out(right on time) and he was prepared. After Rob looked at what we had and asked a lot of questions, he sat down with us and went over the proposal. Now Front Range isn't the lowest price company, but you get what you pay for (they don't sell cheap equipment).Once we approved their proposal Tiffany called and had us scheduled in two weeks. The installation went as smooth

First time customer who replaced the furnace in my house. Great service from start to finish. They did miss something during the initial analysis and during install realized the zoning system was pneumatic and had the wrong sensors to work with that. Well lo and behold the thermostats/sensors were double the price and what did they do? They stood by the original estimate and said they missed it and will honor the original price. You don't see that every day. Thanks Front Range and I'll look to you for future business.

I recently contacted Bob Frank at Front Range about a unique and difficult situation we had: a 20 year old hot water heater/boiler had failed due to a leak, and was located in a very tight space. Bob quickly went to the address (also difficult on the 16th street mall with no parking), evaluated and came up with a plan, sent an invoice, and offered to talk. We talked at length about the best options here, which was a tankless water heater. Bob's estimate was fair, and the time and professionalism he gave to our difficult install was wonderful. He was willing to explain in detail and I never

Front Range HVAC is like any other of the high-pressure HVAC companies. I tried them out for checking out a minor issue with ductwork leaking to get a second opinion. I was greeted by a friendly salesman who played the small-talk game and acted like he was only here to help me. As soon as I went to the furnace, the truth came out though - he quickly started saying I need a whole new furnace, and that it was the worst designed system he had ever seen in his 20 years of experience. That's pretty funny given that the system has worked fine for 20 years in the home. Surely, this was yet another

We had Mark from Front Range come out after a really terrible experience with another HVAC company. We just needed a routine annual inspection of our furnace to make sure it was in OK condition for winter. The previous company told us we absolutely needed to replace our furnace and that a rivet/cap was missing from the heat exchanger. That company also pressed us to buy a furnace with them immediately. Mark did a full inspection and said our furnace is fine with the exception of a little dust. Mark was very thoughtful, honest, and genuine. I did not get that feeling from the other company&apos

Buyer beware. I hired Front Range to perform a cleaning and service on our seven year old furnace. After nearly two and a half hours of work the tech informed me that I had a "serious problem" with our furnace and then disconnected the entire unit, unplugged the thermostat, and informed me that it could not be used again and needed to be replaced as it was malfunctioning and had been installed incorrectly. The quote for a new furnace was nearly double what it should have been. A second (and third and fourth) opinion later and I learned that not only is our furnace fine and functioning

Wow.. I do not enjoy hurting others' businesses but, based on my experience, I have to write this review and stop others from a scam. This is my FIRST online review ever because it makes me so mad. To make a long story short, what was quoted on a sale at $89 became $150 AFTER the work was performed., even tho I clearly warned him to bring a high ladder to get on the roof to get to the air conditioner.. I specifically asked for it to be Spring cleaned and turned back on for the hot months ahead. The only positive thing I can say is, after calling the office, it was changed back to $89 since
