Thanks for making a quality home. Great size, and beautiful finishes. We had a wonderful experience working with Ann Highstreet. She always kept us updated with the build. We had plenty of color options to choose from for several items. Tim and JJ were very thorough during our walk throughs and didn't rush us at all. Wish the home came with attic stairs, an irrigation system, and pre-wired power over ethernet security camera cables though. All in all, a solid home.

My husband and I just recently closed on our new home with Breland Homes in Nature's Cove, Gulf Breeze, Florida. We looked at several new subdivisions popping up in the area before choosing a home and Breland was the obvious choice. The whole buying process was extremely smooth with Mark. Easy to work with, easy to get a hold of and got back to us quickly. He was genuinely concerned that we got what we wanted. He kept us updated during the entire building process. The walk-throughs with Tim were great. He explained everything to us and went thoroughly through the warranty information. I do recommend if you don’t know much about homebuilding having a friend or maybe an independent inspector come. Since moving in, we have found some minor things, but the warranty process is easy and gave us some peace of mind. So far so good

We just closed on our home that Breland built for us. We watched it being built every single day from the ground up and it was such an incredible process. From the day that we went under contract until the day that we closed took a little over six months. We were able to choose all of the details of our home and Kristie made the process easy. My experience in buying my home was smooth and painless. This was my first home so I was a little nervous at first as to what to expect with the process, but everyone at Breland Homes worked with me to help me through the process and they even worked to get my closing date moved up a few days to coincide with my moving out of my apartment. The staff was extremely friendly and they were more than happy to answer any questions that I had. All of the homes that I looked at through Breland Homes were beautiful and fairly priced in my opinion. I would highly recommend Breland Homes to anyone looking
