We are so grateful to Walther Custom Homes for creating our dream home to raise a family. It wasn’t easy due to COVID but Keith and Stacy made the process as smooth as possible! They always tried to do what was best for us and for that we are grateful! Excited to be in our new home!!

Walther Custom Homes, LLC has truly turned our dream into a reality! We couldn't have asked for better partners in building our family's future. We looked at multiple builders, but none made us feel like we were old friends like Keith, Theresa and Stacy did with Walther.

Theresa helped us find a plan and made updates to truly make it ours. Keith was honest, candid and always encouraged open communication. Stacy ensured things were timely and we stayed informed when things changed.

We have just recently been able to move into our home, but we absolutely love it. They were able to make our vision a reality. Everyone that we worked with was so personable kind and really made sure that we had everything exactly as we wanted. Our meetings were all very thorough and all of our questions were answered. They were very honest with us along the way, good or bad, which made us valued. 10/10 would recommend Walther Custom Homes!

We had Walther Custom Homes build us a new home and found it to be a very disappointing experience.
During the construction, he had failed to properly survey the site and once he began building he found he needed to make a foundation change to accommodate the slope of our lot. This resulted in an additional cost to us of $13,575.63 due to his negligence. This foundation change also altered our foundation from a monolithic design to one where part of our garage floor ended up being below grade and he failed to install a proper drainage system. We now get considerable water intrusion into our garage

We have finally been able to settle down in our new home so I wanted to take the time to tell everyone about our experience of building a custom home. We spent about two years planning and searching for a builder. That was the most frustrating about the process. It wasn’t until we found Walther Custom Homes did we feel at ease. The very first day I contacted Walther Homes, Mr. Walther called me back and said come by his office and we can go over what we want. That evening we spent more than 4 hours covering every detail of our build. Keith, Teresa, and Stacey were there to answer and address
