Anchor Physical Therapy first opened its doors in 2008, offering both outpatient physical therapy and massage therapy to the South Sound community. Our top priority is to give each and every patient quality one-on-one care. Our evidence based treatments are individually designed to meet the needs of each patient.
Recognizing that every person's body is unique, we tailor your treatment to your specific needs and problems rather than using the same treatment approach for all diagnoses. By doing so, we will get you great results. The staff at Anchor Physical Therapy strives to bring the best out of each and every patient by working with them to achieve their treatment goals.

Anchor Physical Therapy began in 2008 as a small, family-owned practice in Tacoma, Washington. While we have steadily grown in size since then, we have not lost the warm, friendly, and personal relationships that exist between our staff and the patients we serve. We're pretty convinced we have the best outpatient clinic to work for in Washington.

I recently had ACL surgery, very painful but my therapist ROSS Anderson had been in the business for 20 years and has helped me heal extremely quickly! He is so patient, knowledgeable, funny and friendly to everyone! I also had Hannah for a few weeks and she was great as well! Ross has been assigned to me for therapy after a total hip replacement. He is very knowledgeable, very kind and made me feel at ease with therapy since I have never had to have it before. He has great work ethic and truly cares about his patients. I would recommend Anchor PT & Ross to anyone ~Charles Kullander

I went 3 times there and was the worst experience
The first time I went they didn't do anything except some questions.
When I asked her how about the treatment
She said the first time is evaluation
Then I was looking for another physical therapy
Because my neck had pain also my insurance is HMO
I gave them second chance , I went there for second time
When I went there they told me because it was 3 months ago u have to do another evaluation
Then I made appointment one weak later which it was 10/17/18 at 8:00 am w Michelle
I was 10 min late on wed 10/17/18 at 8:10 am
Instead Michelle another
