A Solid State Drive (SSD) is flash based memory, like your USB thumb drive. It's inherently much faster and has no moving parts which is good for longevity of your PC as it produces less heat. It's also more durable since no parts might get banged out of place if you drop your laptop. A Hard Disk Drive (HDD) by comparison is basically a high-speed metal record player.

My Windows 10 PC lost to some registry entries that could not be corrected using any of the standard tools. Not only did Josh get my computer up an running again, he managed to save all my data in the process, AND gave me a machine that is much faster and more reliable than the one I brought in. Josh is very professional and you never get the gimmicky feel of dealing with a big box store. His prices are more than fair and I had my computer back in less than 48 hours. I couldn't have asked for more. This is the only place to take a computer. I also have to give a shout out to Penny the shop dog

How many great things can I say about Josh & J-Bit Tech?? I could create a whole new dictionary dedicated to Josh and his ability to save the life of my office equipment (and the $$$ in my bank account too)! Before I was referred to Josh I was using another IT guy and Every time he came in he would charge me a MINIMUM of $800. That guy was here for hours doing lord knows what, drank up all my coffee and even used my office supplies to bill me (envelopes included). Josh got my ENTIRE office networked, helped me set up a few new computers, got my antivirus software set up and much much more in

WOW!! Josh is amazing. When I started my business six years ago I hired an IT company to set up my internet and firewall. Not only did it cost a fortune, but it took them several hours to figure it out.
Josh, on the other hand, got this all set up at my new location in less than an hour. He was able to put my work computer and credit card terminal on the firewall, and then also have public wifi for my guests. He also gave me excellent advice on how to boost the wifi signal if needed.

We had a computer emergency and Josh took care of the problem in a couple of hours. Josh evaluated a dying main drive and transferred all the info to a used rebuilt computer. My wife was able to use the computer that evening at work. It was very cost effective. Thank you Josh. I highly recomment J-BIT Tech.
