Computer Transformers

My laptop that I use for school crashed at the worst possible time. I came here and was helped quickly, much to my relief. The gentlemen (the owner, I believe) was also extremely pleasant which is always appreciated in a stressful situation. It is a little tricky to find the shop but there is usually a sandwich board sign near the street before the little parking lot.

Super straight forward and helpful service!
Also, it's hard to find but it's past the jail gate, in the office at the verrrrry end of the alley. Trust me, it looks sketchier than it actually is. The dude there is really friendly

Dan the owner is the most knowledgeable computer tech in town, if it can be fixed he will fix it even very difficult issues he can diagnose and get it working, macs or windows doesn't matter hes the man

Have had them pull data from a disk a couple of times, they usually can do it and charge a flat fee. They also will rebuild a pc with a new motherboard, and do an excellent job.

I wish I met these guys years ago! Honest, competent, and affordable makes them the only choice for computer repair in ABQ.
Get this... I had a laptop that was slowly dying on me... touchscreen went out, then the screen went dim, then the battery grew to 10 times its size, pushing the keyboard out from the unit. I was able to replace the battery and recover my hard drive, but I counted the laptop as dead. I got a new desktop, not as fast, but I could back up my data from the laptop, so it worked.
Then, on a lark and since Computer Transformers DOES NOT CHARGE if they can't fix it, I took it in

Brian is the BOMB!!. My CPU would not start after a windows update. I was at the point where I was going to do a factory reset but decided to give Computer Transformers a chance. Boy I am glad I did. He got it done in a day @ extremely reasonable pricing (sign posted says $45 with free diagnostic). I will be coming back with all my computer needs
