This office specializes in property management services for single-family residences, multi-unit (duplex, triplex, fourplex), condominiums, and is soon to extend to apartment complexes.
At CFMG, we believe the interested party should first drive by the property address to view the curb appeal, neighborhood, and surrounding area. Images taken from inside the property may not properly display the actual usable living space for size and dimension. Additionally, if the color of a picture is off due to poor lighting or direction, this may turn an interested party away.

I would like to share the wonderful experience I had renting with Regina. She was very detailed in her expectations up front and went above and beyond to help us in our search for that perfect rental, and oh boy did she deliver! Regina Lipscomb is the most dishonest person I've ever rented from in 10 years renting without a dime taken out of my security deposit. I am a super nice tenant and have always respected the property I've rented. I've always kept my rental neat and clean without ever causing any damages, unless in a rare case of an accident for which I've always promptly taken care of. Regina was late returning my deposit and she kept $1000 out of my $1600 deposit. She sent a cleaning crew, a yard crew, a carpet crew, and a general contractor to do and repair things that were already old and broken when I moved
