Once in a while I find a service experience worth passing on. We refinanced to lock in a lower interest rate with a shorter term. Adam is very experienced hardworking, efficient and honest. He is always to the point and there is no room for misunderstandings or surprises later on. Adam genuinely cares about us and it's not just a transaction for him. He came to the title office for the signing! Carrolton is a family business for 30 years. It took 6 6ays to get everything done!

I've secured many loans for residential properties in the past and I can unequivocally state that my experience with Carrollton Mortgage was by far the best. The people I dealt with in the office---Adam, Sheila, Diana, and Cheryl--were extremely friendly and professional. The communication and response time on all issues that arose was excellent. The timelines they proposed were adhered to and there were no big surprises in the process. Definitely a first class operation that I would recommend to others and use myself in the future.

Carrollton Mortgage is the most professional and courteous finance companies we have ever done business with. There is no question too stupic or silly. They are always ready to answer any questions or concerns you might have. The staff is professional and friendly at all times and the popcorn in the lobby is really a nice snack while doing all the necessary stuff. Adam makes the entire process painless. He is patient and knowledgable about all the ins and outs. If he is not certain of the answer, he finds out! We will be doing all our financial work on our house with them and enjoy the process
