Dr. Eric Stelnicki, MD, Founder, started Children's Health and Rehabilitative Missions (CHARM) as a 501(c)3 charity dedicated to bringing hope to children around the world by joining medical, nursing, and allied health professionals together to perform life-saving surgical procedures and medical treatment to impoverished children who would otherwise never receive the necessary care.
The Atlantic Center of Aesthetic & Reconstructive Surgery is a center of excellence for pediatric plastic surgery, reconstructive plastic surgery, and cosmetic surgery. Our central location is moments from the immaculate Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with four additional offices throughout Broward County.
Dr. Kamel is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon with specialized training in craniofacial and pediatric plastic surgery. He diagnoses and treats patients with complex facial deformities, including craniosynostosis, cleft lip and palate, facial fractures, facial nerve paralysis, and microtia as well as hand anomalies, vascular malformations, and congenital breast conditions.
Nathan Eberle, D.D.S., M.D., is a maxillofacial, general and plastic surgery credentialed surgeon with 10 plus years of training and experience specifically devoted to aesthetic plastic surgery and surgery of the head and neck. Dr. Eberle is one of only 75 surgeons in the United States with these credentials.

I took my daughter here for her Starband helmet therapy for plagiocephaly/brachycephaly. We saw Nicolle Santamaria for her fittings/follow-ups. Nicolle was wonderful and very patient. During our start, my daughter developed a rash on the weekend. To my surprise, Nicolle answered an email for my concerns after hours. The office staff was always professional and courteous during our visits. We were able to conveniently check-in online prior to appointments and did not experience long wait times.

Great doctor (REALLY great) but the office staff needs a lesson in customer service. The amount of waiting you do here is ridiculous. I waited 1 hour for a post op appointment for my school age daughter, only to be seen for 2 minutes by a PA with basic instructions that could have been delivered via telephone. THEN another 15 minutes waiting at the receptionist desk after the appointment to receive an excuse medical absence note for her school.

Now i understand why this place only has 3 stars like this is my third time here because the first time they couldn't see my baby because they always wait for the last minute to tell you what you need to bring for the visit pr if you need a referral they always wait for the last minute to do the things this is really unprofessional and so infuriating because not only they are taking advantage of your time they are taking advantage of all the effort you put to bring your new born in i would never recommend this place to anybody not my family not my friends not anybody they seriously need to be on

Please DO NOT GO HERE!!! I wish I would have listened to the reviews months ago. The reviews are 100% right. Ugh so frustrating!
1. They are indeed rude and insensitive.
2. They do NOT pick up the phone, and when they do, you get easily "disconnected".
3. They do take A REALLY LONG TIME to "get back to you". Honestly,with time sensitive things such as a baby helmet, this is unacceptable! (To give you an idea last time I went there was Thanksgiving week, I only heard back from them in January!)
4. They are very unorganized with your paperwork.
5. Dont even get me started on the parking lot

I had my surgery done with Dr.George Kamal and I couldn’t be any happier with my results. I was a little nervous at first, Dr. Kamal explained how the procedure was going to go, and that made me feel more calm and comfortable. I am over the moon with how everything looks, including my scar. He did a fantastic job! I would recommend Dr. George Kamal to anyone looking to do a breast reduction!!

Had to bring my infant in for assessment regarding his head shape and I’ll be honest, I was expecting a long wait and a difficult few hours but the staff, nurses and Dr. Stelnicki were wonderful. My son is going through a stranger anxiety phase but he was so happy during the entire visit - you could tell they had experience with young children. They were extremely kind and receptive. Grateful I got referred to them.
