The office runs like clockwork and is totally patient focused. I never waited for more than one minute at an appointment. Dr Dreszer is a brilliant and experienced reconstructive surgeon with a keen eye to aesthetics. I drove over from the west coast of Florida, and it has been worth it. This practice is very different from others in the best possible way, and the patient comes first! He did a beautiful job reconstructing my right leg from an automobile accident - stunning work!

I was mistaken. They are very nice to you when you are there. But as soon as you leave they do the opposite of what they said they would do. They bow to insurance pressure and don't have the decency to call you and let you know that they changed their minds and don't want to treat you. I had to hear it from the insurance company 4 months later. Not very professional and honest.

Dr Fletcher was the best Plastic surgeon I have been to. I have breast cancer and I had double mastectomy done. Dr Fletcher and his partners did a wonderful job in rebuilding my breast back. They gave me my life back. I was amazed at the results. I wanted to cry. I don't know how to thank them for making me feel like a woman again. They did a master piece on my breast. I could not be more pleased with my breast augmentation. I choose Dr. Dreszer after consulting several other surgeons because I felt most comfortable and confident with him. He is not only an extremely skilled surgeon but also so kind. He listened to what I wanted and I trusted him in selecting the right size implant. He also performed a nipple reduction. July of 2019 I was involved in an unfortunate incident where I was attacked by a dog. Consequently, he damaged and ripped off my left nares (nostril). At the ER, the maxillofacial team told me they couldn't do anything and wanted me to remain with a partially missing nose for 3 - 6 months. I was devastated. All I can say is I'm not sure if I'm happier with the way I was treated or the results from my surgery. Unfortunately I had cancer and needed a double mastectomy, Dr. Dreszner and Dr. Fletcher did the reconstruction. I chose the FLAP surgery and I could not be happier. Think twice before you book here! Not happy with my experience!! It started off great. I thought this team was very professional but then they canceled and rescheduled 2 appointments on me back to back. I understand things happen but two times back to back is not professional. Then today I get a call and told they are postponing the removal of stitches from my face due to a water outtage in Fort Lauderdale which I'm told it will be fixed by tomorrow morning. Dr. Dreszer is a smart enough man to have chosen an excellent staff to help him. From the moment you enter his office and are greeted by Keillyn and Heather and escorted to the room by Elio and feeling the concern of Amber you know you are in good hands!
