There is so much space to walk and run my dog, there's a beautiful pond within walking distance and the people are nice and polite and give this place a feeling of community.
The management has always been kind and understanding while the maintenance guys are quick and always respectful! I would recommend this place to everyone! Over the last 7 years I have moved from one year lease to one year lease, and this community is by far my favorite I have lived in. The people and families here are extremely nice, the space has been great to live in, and the support has been amazing.

Equity Property Management L.L.C. (EPM) was formed in 1996 to manage multifamily properties located in Illinois and Wisconsin that had been previously acquired and had, until then, been managed by third party managers on behalf of our investors. In 1999 a property was purchased in Merrillville, IN that began the systematic investment in real estate in Indiana.
Equity Property Management's online resident portal provides an easy, secure and fast way for our residents to manage everything from documents to rental payments, service requests, to requests for contact, all online! Service requests are instantly sent via email to onsite maintenance technicians for faster response times, online payments processed daily with recurring payment options also available to residents.
Spring Lake is located in Granger, Indiana and is in the Penn-Harris- Madison school district. We are in a very serene area, so you don't have to worry about noisy traffic. You'll love coming home to Spring Lake where you will be welcomed home with the services and amenities that you deserve.
