Property Management Services is a real estate property management company specializing in single and multi-family properties, condominiums, and commercial spaces. Our clients include individuals, investment groups and municipalities from around the globe that own property within the Northern Indiana area.

We manage rental property throughout the Northern Indiana counties of Elkhart, St. Joseph, Kosciusko and LaGrange. If you are looking for a residential or commercial rental space, there is a very good chance we will have something to fit your needs.
Along with your fully completed application, please submit $50 application fee for each applicant. Application fee will be used to process your application and is non-refundable. Documents needed for each applicant are last 2 pay stubs, valid driver's license or picture ID and a Social Security Card.

If I could give zero stars I would. We applied for a house in Granger and though we got approved, my mother in law got denied because a previous apartment complex said she didn't give proper notice, which was incorrect. My mother in law contacted the previous company and they sent her an email verifying their mistake. They told her they changed their notice to leave policy from 30 days to 60 days and the new staff was not aware. They told 534 Rent this through email. When I called to verify they said that my mother in law is still denied because it's a previous landlord and not a current one. This

They would not approve my application because I haven't given my current residency a 30 day notice. First off, the property I was applying for isnt even available until next month. I havent even seen a picture of the inside of the duplex. All I was trying to do was get my name in the system so that when it becomes available I would have a good chance at securing it. Who in their right mind would put in a 30 day notice just to go through an application process that doesn't even guarantee getting the property? Yeah i'll just go ahead and risk being homeless for a the possibility of getting approved

This is honestly the most unprofessional and cold hearted staff I have ever dealt with in my life.
After the storm a large branch from the neighbors tree was on the power line going to my house.
The owner of the house next door (who also uses them as well as my landlord so 534 rent runs both houses) told me that he had called the city and they would be out sometime today to take care of it, because he doesn’t want to mess with it because it’s dangerous and it’s on a wire... two days go bye and no one comes out so I called the city and they tell me that they aren’t the ones responsible

The woman who helped me was very knowledgeable. The office conveniently has a list of rentals for the nearby areas. I had an issue when it came to the application fee. It didn't seem fair that I did not choose one of their rental properties and they took my money for what they could. From my understanding I was to contact them again and send formal documents before. I was needing a place to move with my five children as soon as possible and I thought they were helping me out. Instead I applied my money basically for nothing.

I have been renting from 534Rent for about 2 years now, and I honestly have no complaints. Any maintenance issue I've had, they have been super quick and responsive about. Issues were fixed with in 48hours. The two separate units I've rented have both been super clean and very nice.

My husband and I completed the application and paid the fee, only thing that we were missing was a copy of S.S and recent pay stubs or employment verification letter as stated on website. My husband is an independent contractor and does not have stubs, so he called the office to notify that he was waiting for an official employment letter of the company that hired him. The Office lady said they will not accept an employment verification letter if he works independently. This is absurd, the website does not provide any details or clarification regarding this. 534 management has falsely advertise

I have rented and lived in a home that was offered by Property Management Services for over three years. The home has been maintained by them and any concerns that I had was always quickly addressed and professionally taken care of immediately. The team is made up of professionals and overall it has been a great experience! I'd highly recommend them to anyone considering them. If I am ever needing to rent a home again I would definitely would return to them!!!

Horrible landlords. Overcharge and make catching up impossible with late fees. Show no sympathy or passion during such hard times. They only care about making money and stealing from those who can't afford to pay them. I'm now living in my truck during this pendemic thanks to their "hospitality". Zero stars and I'd never recommend them to anyone looking for a pleasant reasonable living situation. If you enjoy throwing money away and constantly being threatened, be it because of rent, random visits, or throwing away items outside (such as a grill or bike) and just living uncomfortably in constant

This company is not the least bit dignified or respectable, and like a bad relationship, made us uncomfortable from their volatile nature and constant threats. Every notice we got, and they were numerous (they constantly needed to change the filters in the furnace and other things), included a strongly-worded threat for if we didn't comply. Instead of thinking the best of us, they assumed the worst. They also threw in unexpected fees and charges whenever they felt inspired to do so; for example, an $18 charge was added to our bill one month for their labor to move in their washer and dryer into
