The first son, Ricky Pope took it over in 2007 and then Jack Pope continued the work 10 years later. Jack moved to Shreveport from Seattle, Washington which is the top State for educating locksmiths and safe technicians.

One of their employees came into my work wearing this uniform, had a complaint about his $10 meal not being enough food. When I told him I was sorry he shoved his plate across the table at me, threw his money at me, and then told me "Tell the f****** cook to not be such a cheap a** and to shove this restaurant up my a**". Extremely unprofessional, definitely wont ever be using their services and will warn people to not use them.

PLEASE do not use this man. Sometimes would show and then not return calls or texts. Very unreliable. When I did not text him back to reschedule again, he began to text very ugly things. Here is the last thing he sent before I had to block him. This has been a very scary experience. I did not edit or take out any part of this. It is very real.
