I originally called because I was locked out of the car in my own driveway. I called gave the front desk woman the information then got a call from a guy called Matt. He asked me if she gave me a price I said no. He says $95. I expected about that so that was fine and I said OK. Then he asked me if my name is on that title. I told him no it's my disabled grandmother's car I'm using it because I wrecked my other. He says well can she be there I said no she's in Vivian (witch is 45 min away from me). After calling around for 2 hours trying to locate an automotive locksmith, I finally came upon Lock Busters. The gentleman called me back immediately and was here and finished in less than 2 hours time and $40 cheaper than the competition!!! The best I got from the other companies was a scheduled appointment for tomorrow morning & silence from everyone else!!! I would recommend this company 1,000 times over again!!!

Called Ben and he was all the way in Haugton. He drove to Shreveport within 30 minutes , did everything he could to get me into my apartment when my complex refused to help me. I was locked out for 4 days and my dog was inside and the complex said to wait another 2 days. Ben immediately said "we're gonna get you inside to your baby" and fixed my lock (which had ended up being a defective lock). He cared about my service animal more than my apartment did. 10/10 would recommend using this locksmith and if you get Ben you are guaranteed to be happy!
