Here, residents can live as independently as they wish, with the calm assurance that help is always available, should they require assistance with their activities of daily living.
Elderberry Healthcare was established in 1989 to serve the needs of Madison County and the surrounding communities' senior population. Many families in Madison County have experienced the compassionate care and attentiveness that our staff provides. Today we care for a wide variety of individualized healthcare needs.

Do not place your loved one here, especially if they are disabled or terminally ill. I could fill a book with the negative experiences. After my Aunt's 2nd hospitalization in 8 months for severe dehydration (so bad that her kidney's were shutting down), I was told by an Elderberry representative that she could not return unless I inappropriately used her funds to pay an outstanding balance for her previous guardian (whom died at Elderberry). When I stated that I did not want her to return to Elderberry because of neglect, he hung up on me. They have still not returned my calls about retrieving

I have been calling multiple numbers for days trying to get in touch with staff with no answer. Staff is refusing to fulfill their transportation duties and take my mother to her Dr appointments. When I do go there to visit my mother, staff is rude and seems bothered. I stood outside for 45 minutes the other day waiting for a cna to answer the door. Completely neglectful and unprofessional.

I have first hand experience within multiple areas of this skilled nursing facility. I've never seen nothing less than the most professional, knowledgeable, caring, empathetic and beyond loving, considerate and motivativatingly, dedicated staff, whose number one interest is keeping the residents happy, content and healthy as possible.
