Homeowners beware. My A/C was not working. Earl's set out a technician who got my a/c to work by rigging my outdoor unit. Unbeknownst to me the tech disconnected a very important low pressure switch and left a bunch of wires disconnected and hanging loose in my a/c unit and charged me $320 bucks for the half baked repair. I paid them their money because I was happy at that time that the a/c was working. They also wanted to replace my duct zone controller, which has nothing to do with the function of the a/c unit for another $1000 and change my functioning outside blower motor for $1500 because

We contacted Earl’s to inquire about a new A/C since ours was at the end of its life. We decided to replace the furnace at the same time since it was old. Everyone we dealt with from Earl’s was outstanding. The people who answer the phone were polite and courteous. The owner stopped out to answer our questions and obtain information to create a quote. He retuned with a quote and we decided to have the work done. The owner was patient with us and answered all our questions and explained what to expect. The install team was outstanding. They were polite, professional and respectful of our property

Boiler had been shut down and drained, and a zone permanently disconnected, by someone else in preparation for waterproofing the basement. After hearing from many companies that they did not service boilers, I was glad to find that Earl's would start it up again. They repaired the boiler as needed, finished the zone removal, installed a new thermostat, and filled and started up the boiler. Of course the repairs were costly, but I'm glad they didn't try to push me into getting a new system. A few days later someone else went to the house (I now live about 200 miles away) and let me know the house

Matt Chapman came to service our furnace. I couldn't be happier with the service. He was friendly, professional and so knowledgeable. He explained everything and answered all questions and he was so genuine and you can really tell he loves what he does. I'm very happy with Earls service and will definitely continue to call them in the future.

Earl’s Heating is the greatest company to have work done for your heating and air conditioning needs. They are very very good at their jobs. They are on time and very curious. I have had work done several times for furnace and my air conditioning and they were great. So call if you need work done on your furnace or air conditioning. They can’t be beat!!!! Everyone on their staff is very very nice and helpful!!!😃😃😃😃

Our air cond went out, that was manufactured in 1997. Jessica was great and couldn’t have been more friendly! She got us scheduled for service the same day. Matt came out and had the issue fixed within 5 mins, no extra charges over the service call cost. Overall a wonderful experience on one of the hottest days! Thank you to both, outstanding customer service!!

Our furnace went out a week ago. Earls came out and replaced our furnace and air conditioner. They did an excellent job. We are extremely happy with the quality of service and professionalism we recieved. Anthony and Shane are excellent. They explained everything and were very efficient and friendly. Had them come out and they misdiagnosed an issue with my furnace. They said they would call me with an estimate to repair and never did. It's been weeks now. They shut off the gas to my furnace and didn't follow up?!?
Luckily I got a company to come give a second opinion. They came out and they fixed the issue the same day. They saved me thousands of dollars.
