I can't say enough good things about Zach. Beyond being a good IT person, Zach is a GOOD PERSON! He's easy to be around and always makes himself available when I need assistance, whether it's my computer, my router, my printer or who knows what will crash next! I highly recommend Zach.

Zach has done a lot of work for me on my business and personal computers. He's fast, prompt and is very reasonable with his prices. The best service I have ever had. Zach went way above, and beyond what he had to do. My computer has never worked right, and now it is like brand new. He spent so much time with me, installing the proper programs, and showing me how to work things. He is such a nice guy, and I would trust him with anything, one hundred percent. Ok guys BEWARE !!! Do not take a chance on this guy. He will go through great lengths to con you out of your money merchandise and time. This guy has faceless profiles on let go nd OfferUp. He lists a product that requires some minor (really minor) repair and offers it with the part at a reasonable price. He will tell you there's absolutely no problem with the device except the minor repair. He straight up lies shamelessly

Zach is amazing. He drove all the way across town to pick up and return my computer. My laptop was working so slowly and sporadicly. He fixed for the price of a nice dinner. He is very personable and explains everything in layman terms and was never condescending in regards to my lack of computer knowledge. I cant imagine anyone in Eugene that provides the level of service at such a reasonable price.
