If you have a Sports car, modified car , Or car with stripes on this is definitely not the place to go, I was told they will fix my car with stripes but 2 weeks later informed me they will not be doing the red stripes leaving me to have to go to another body shop after they repaired it and start complete insurance process all over just for red stripes!! Now 2 weeks later still driving a mustang without stripes thanks guys!

Terribly rude and unprofessional. My insurance company had set up to have our vehicle towed into this body shop from the salvage yard after initial inspection, a shop that is a direct repair facility for my insurance. We find out it arrived at the shop today when an employee from there called and screamed at my wife threatening to impound the vehicle. My wife tries to get in touch with the insurance company to see what the misunderstanding is, and he proceeds to berate her on the phone again! Not to mention Mastroddi left the vehicle running on the side of the road!

I couldn’t be any happier with Freddy and Mastroddi Auto Body. I had my Audi RS7 hit from behind and was pretty upset. But I knew they would bring my car back looking brand new and that was done. The only Auto body shop that I can honestly say.... explained in full detail how actually repairs and cost teke place. Any who complained about used parts, clearly was not understanding. Depending on your insurance company , they are the ones that agree to used parts. And let's be honest used parts and less expensive. Depending on your budget that's usually what most people choose. 15years later ..... I'm still a faithful customer and my family and close friends are customers as well. Very rarely I give 5 stars, but this body shop deserves the high rating. Very professional and honest. Mastroddi worked along with my insurance carrier when I had crashed my car into a traffic sign. My car was fully restored and painted to perfection. The body shop even negotiated with my carrier to have my tire replaced, something the adjuster missed when he performed an inspection of my car. Highly recommend Mastroddi.
