My garage door broke last night. When I called this morning they asked a series of insightful questions on the phone and were able to diagnose my problem. They gave me a quote and I agreed. Technician was here within 2 hours. Don was professional and quick, but he spent a few extra minutes petting my dogs. This is my second time using Hamburg Overhead Door. I highly recommend!

We had Jeff from Hamburg Overhead Door install a Clopay walnut 16x7 solid door and I can’t say enough about how professional he was. Jeff’s workmanship and his ability to get in remove the old door, set up and install our new door in just over an hour was extremely impressive. The entire old door , tracks and springs were remove and my garage was left spotless. Thank you Hamburg Overhead Door for sending out your best installer. Very happy and satisfied customer.

The installers were Jeff and Ben and did an awesome job! They showed up at the time promised and worked diligently throughout the day. When finished, they cleaned up, answered any questions and were on the way home, Just as it should be! Two great young men that I would be proud to have as an employer, thanks guys!
