After getting an estimate from Bari that I was happy with, I was scheduled to have Nick come out and install a new door and opener. Nick showed up today and got right to work getting rid of the old door and opener, along with all of the old wiring and trim. In its place is a beautiful new door and wifi-enabled opener with all new EVERYTHING. Nick made sure I knew how everything worked before disposing of all the old material and leaving nothing but a clean garage behind.

Our garage door came off its tracks recently, in the morning and we were “stuck.” I called 716 Garage Door early in the morning (before normal business hours) and was surprised to have someone pickup. They were able to get there in a short amount of time, fix the current door and then offer a good deal for a new one. Just had it installed today and it was an easy process, and done rather quickly. Happy with their responsiveness and overall service. Shout out to Bari who helped me with the initial repair, ordering a new one and keeping me posted. Shout out to Nick for the install today. Def

Can’t say enough about this company. We ordered a new door that wouldn’t be in for a few months. Bari offered to repair our garage door free of charge so that we wouldn’t be without until our new door came in. Bari and his team were professional and couldn’t do enough to satisfy their customers. I have to say, of all the companies that we have dealt with through the years, this company was has been outstanding.

Garage door spring snapped. Found 716 on net and gave them a call. Appointment for next morning. I was at work but Johnny and Nick showed up promptly, talked to me on phone, explained what was needed and why....less than 2 hours later I had all new hardware except door. They then sent pics also! Great work!

First day back to work after the holiday And found out my motor blew on the garage door at 7am as I tried to leave my house to head to work. I called 716 Repair Service at 9am and by 11am a technician was at my house to diagnose and fix the problem. Great service, knowledgeable techs and by mid afternoon everything was fixed and ready to roll.
