How to ePet Report

Your email address must be linked to your pet's Mahaska Veterinary Clinic medical record. Please call us during business hours if you are unsure if your email address is on file or to let us enter it in your record. After we have your email, the system will sync overnight and you will be able to request access.

Mahaska Veterinary Clinic provides emergency care outside of regular business hours on an on-call basis. This means that neither a veterinarian nor staff are present at the clinic outside of regular business hours unless by special arrangement.

The staff here are amazing. Dr. Peterson was very knowledgeable and informative regarding my dog's situation. Dr Carmichael was very caring when it came to final treatment. I highly recommend this clinic.

Have always had good experiences at Mahaska Veterinary Clinic. The staff and Dr.'s do an excellent job and are always very friendly. If you've spent any amount of time at Mahaska Veterinary Clinic you can tell how much they care about your pets health and well being.

When my cat got a fish hook in his mouth they were able to see him right away, gave him the meds he needed and he was eating again when we got home from the office. The vet was very informative and was one of the best I've been too.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
I had to have my baby put down. The nurse and Dr. Carmichael were extremely understanding and didn't rush me to make any decisions. I also received a very sweet card in the mail with their condolences.

This has to be the worst veterinarian in the city. This vet accidentally switched two animals and euthanized the wrong pet. No explanation can make up for my friends grief. I wouldn't take my animals there if they were the only vet in town luckily there are other options close by.
