Dr. Katie was amazing! When my kitty started straining to urinate I knew something was wrong. I called the vet I had used in the past and they were rude and couldn’t get me in. I called Farm & Family Vet on a Saturday at 11:15 and they were so nice and told me to bring my kitty in even though he’s never been there before. He had to stay several days because he was uncooperative but Dr. Katie and Brittany were so kind and contacted me regularly to give updates and help set my mind at ease. He was extremely happy to be reunited with his brothers when he got home but I felt he was comfortable

We took our (Very healthy) dog for required vaccinations to be kenneled while on vacation in July. Within a few days she started having seizures while sleeping. These are not small, but very aggressive and relieving her bladder while the seizure occurs. I called the vet office the next morning and they give me a script for phenobarbital and of course charge us more money to treat what they just caused. This office has not called or concerned themselves on how our baby is doing. As I write this at 1:30 in the morning on Thanksgiving, and once again watch my dog shake violently, I am not very thankful

Took my kittens into get declawed, they stayed over night, when I went to pick them up the techs told me that the kittens hadn't had any pain meds the whole day, their dog walker didn't give it to them. Why is a dog walker giving meds anyway? They also quoted me ALOT lower price than when I paid for the whole procedure. Will Never go back.

Need a 30 second vet check up for your pet? This is the place to go. Want a decent/thorough examination followed with the yearly shots they need? Go somewhere else. Took my dog in for her yearly shots and only her rabies was given as her distemper/parvo wasn't entered at the same time for the appointment set up; clerical error probably by a rather rude receptionist. Why not just go ahead and fix the mistake and do it WHILE she's there? Too much work, you'll have to bring her back. Have taken my pet to this vet the last 7 years and we're finding a new vet because Trixie deserves better.
