Steve was very helpful. I had changed laptops from WIN7 to WIN10 and needed help locating all my photos. He located them and placed them in locations I could easily access on my new laptop. He also downloaded them on a flash drive for me.
I would certainly recommend Steve if you need any help with your phones, tablets or laptops.

As you can see I left a quote a few weeks ago. At that point I was very satisfied and happy. The service they performed is fine and everything was great until 3 weeks after repairing my Macbook Air they called me and said they had given me the wrong computer. While this did not please me in the least I told them to bring the computer they say is mine and if it is we will swap. Well, they showed up with a Macbook Pro. I refused to swap my Macbook Air for a MacBook Pro. I have the original receipt from Networkgaurd with my Macbook Air and it's serial number written on it which is undeniable proof

He takes a lot of time to explain in detail what the problem is and how he will fix it. His price is fair and he goes beyond the call of duty in giving you the added value for the extra time he puts in to every job.
he has replaced two computer screens for me and done complete computer set up for me. He is very capable and can do a multitude of computer repair functions. I highly recommend him and will come back to him in the future

Mr.Ho was so helpful through the whole process. He stayed communicative and gave me updates on my computer progress the whole time.
