Marcio saved us when my husband's ancient computer crashed and took our business QuickBooks with it. He was able to recover the files from our old Enterprise version and referred us to a company who could help us downgrade to a less expensive version which saved us thousands of dollars. (QB doesn't let you do that once you've set up files in Enterprise. Less $ for them.). He has also helped us with other issues with our files, hardware etc. in a timely and efficient manner. I highly recommend him. Best tech support I've found. You won't be sorry.

I would recommend PC Wow to anyone who doesn’t have much experience with building computers. I made an attempt at building my first computer I got it running but it wasn’t what I wanted aesthetically I had wires all over the place and it wasn’t very pleasing to look at. I brought it in to get rebuilt and the build of this computer was not an easy task it has 12 fans a push pull system AIO Radiator in it and that is a lot of wires to hide and keep neat! The owner of PC wow did an amazing job called me through out the building process of the computer kept me updated through out day also pointed

Marcio is the best!. We had a major computer crash that shut down our Quickbooks Database and he was able to help us get the information off the drive so we could transfer it to a new computer. He was also very generous about answering follow up questions I had about what my needs were for a new computer. He even researched a couple of companies that could convert my QB Enterprise to Pro and we contacted one who was able to help us out. I highly recommend him.
