I've used Matt for years. I'm always confident and pleased with his work. My house is white and sits on a corner lot with busy traffic within the subdivision. The side of the house gets no sun, which equals green mildew that really stands out. Wish I had before and after pictures to share. The house is white again and smells good!

Matt was excellent! Very professional and friendly. He did an amazing job pressure washing my fence and concrete patio slab. When I moved into my home, the fence was dark and gray. I assumed the color was just due to age and fading over time. After washing, my fence was a beautiful bright tan color!

We just got our home sparkly clean by Matt from NC Exterior care he is super easy to communicate and friendly very responsible and he is very attentive to detail we love how he left the house and we will definitely use his services again. It was the first time for my home and it had a fair amount of algae he took it all! and he even took algae from my retention wall as a courtesy, the driveway with out water marks finally! I wish I could add a few more stars to this rating! Matt did an amazing job on our home, gutters, and driveway! We have a very tall two story home with brick, siding, and wood at the front of the house and all of it looks beautiful. We had friends come over last night and they said it looked like a different home. The driveway and stairs are the most amazing part as the worn, dark concrete is white and fresh now! Matt will be our only call for gutter and home cleaning from now on!

Matt got back to me very quickly with an estimate and an appointment to power wash my house and deck. His prices are very reasonable and I liked his reviews so I made an appointment for the following week.
Matt showed up exactly on time and did an excellent job. I was so impressed with how he took his time and washed every part of the house exterior and deck including my railings and even went over the windows.
The house had a lot of mildew and it was spotless when he was finished.
He even pointed out a couple of spots on the house that needed a little repair.

My wife and I contacted this company after reading several reviews on Yelp. We had recently moved into our new home and needed to get our deck pressure washed. We originally thought we needed to strip the deck and re-paint, but Matt assured us that he could save us the trouble and money.
Matt did an incredible job and the deck looks brand new, no need to repaint. He uses better equipment and product than companies we have employed in the past, and it showed. Matt pressured washed two decks and the back side of my house. He showed up on time, did the job well and cleaned up before leaving. This is the second time I've used him. Previously he pressure washed my front porch, sidewalk and driveway. He did a great job and charged a fair price both times. I'll continue to use him in the future. If you have ever rented a pressure washer and done this type of work yourself, you know it is hard work. It's worth paying someone who can do the job well.

Matt washed my house and cleaned my gutters out. I had just bought the house and it had been vacant for nearly 3 years and he cleaned all the cobwebs and dirt and grime and made my house look brand new! This guy did an awesome job! I was so worried about all of the plants and furniture on my deck and he put everything back exactly so. And the house, deck and gutters were sparkling!! I did not expect it all to shine so much! We will definitely recommend him to anyone needing exterior care, he was very affordable and his work was extremely detailed. He even saw a spot on the side of the house when going over everything with me and got his equipment back out to clean one spot. THUMBS UP!

Purchased a deal online for gutter cleaning. Only received a response nearly a month after numerous emails and calls to schedule service. This response included excuses of being busy, trying to upsell the service, and concluded with saying it was not worth driving to my house for gutter cleaning alone. Why offer a service if it's not even worth your time? Aside from "only getting 1/2 of the deal price and the cost of gas to drive" to my house, I guess this company isn't counting on repeat business, because their customer service is inexcusable.
