The owner, Brandon Clancy, started his professional career at Siemens Medical Solutions upon graduation from High School. Brandon earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from North Carolina State University while working at Siemens full-time.

Brandon and Team Premier did a great job pressure washing our whole house, including a steel roof that presented some unique challenges. Not only was it great service at a fair price, it was also such a pleasure dealing with people who do what they promise to do WHEN they promise to do it and who sweat the details. We’re very glad Brandon and his team came out to clean our house. It looks great. They cleaned the roof and gutters, did a soft wash of the whole house, and pressure washed the front steps. They completed the job in about two hours and also were even able to come a few days earlier than scheduled. We’ll definitely be doing this annually now that we can trust this team.

The sevices I had done power washing house and fencing, then a much needed staining of the fence as well. Excellent experience all around. Brandon, the owner, was very communicative in scheduling a consultation. He even guided me to doing less than what I requested, which immediately built trust with me. The day the services were scheduled the team showed up 5 min early and did an absolutely bang up job cleaning my house, deck, walkway and back patio. I would highly recommend Premier Property. We used Premier Property to replace wrotten wood in a number of areas on on the exterior of our home. Brandon came out to our house and thoroughly evaluated the different areas of damaged wood. He pointed out a few areas where there was some additional written wood and explained what the options were to fix the issues. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Premier Property Services replaced all of our water-damaged chimney surround as well as the chimney cap. They provided a very reasonable estimate, revised it appropriately as the work revealed more extensive damage (which we confirmed), and completed the job extremely well. Communication was excellent throughout, the crew were capable and pleasant, the job was completed on time -- in short, everything went great. I highly recommend this company without any hesitation and will definitely hire them again in the future.
