West of Hudson Properties is a real-estate and property management company based in Hackensack, New Jersey. We believe in matching owners of beautiful units to excellent tenants who deserve proper housing. A year later, we sold a ground up construction project of 36 units in Jersey City and a residential construction project of 52 units in Pompton Lakes.

LACK OF COMMUNICATION, MAINTENANCE WILL HAVE YOU WITH NO HOT WATER FOR DAYS AND LIE STATING ITS FIXED! THEY DONT RETURN PHONE CALLS LET ALONE ANSWER THE PHONE AT ALL! After 3 months of living with cockroaches, I found and had to kill SIX more again today. I also saw a mouse in our lobby last week. The building is completely infested with cockroaches. We keep our apartment exceptionally clean, so if this is happening here, I can only imagine what is happening throughout the building and other units. After calling over and over again and sending email after email, we got minimal extermination services that did not fix the problem. The problem has since gotten worse and now no one is responding to calls or emails at all. No one should ever rent from a property

My wife and i have been dealing with a mold problem for 5 months almost. Have been sick constantly and this company does not care! We have contacted them multiple times about this and they continue to ignore us. It's all about the rent never about the apartment your living in. Dont inhabit one of their locations stop continuing to line their pockets. Yes the apartments may be cheap but when it's your family's health on the line how cheap is it really.

This place is DISGUSTING. I live at 747 grand street.
after some “thorough and mandatory extermination” where all the exterminator did was come in and spray in the kitchen, we are still finding cockroaches.
No one from management has called me back or followed up with me - Alejandra if you still work here , maybe you should call me back.
We have found two cockroaches IN our dishwasher just today. we have sticky traps out and catch baby ones and big ones daily!
Never ever rent here. Management doesn’t even have a phone number to call and no one answers their emails.
We pay our rent on

This company is HORRIBLE. Stay clear of renting any of their properties. They take weeks and months to respond to any concerns or maintenance requests. Doors barely function at their apartment in 129 37th Street Union City - Stolen packages constantly. When you try to ask them to help, you have to call every single employee listed on their website to get a response, literally called 5 people before hearing from their property manager.

Dont do business with this company ever, they are not professional at all, be careful, lease department work only before sign the lease, after that good luck; they never Answers I waited more than 1 year for get the AG fixed they never did so i had to move cause that and another issues they never solve; they only have public the accountants office phone number if you call they will say that is not the department in charge and they are not allowed to share others departments phone numbers , yes! That ridiculous is that company!

The building I moved into has a major plumbing problem and West of Hudson doesn’t care at all. Our kitchen sink overflows with dirty brown rain water + any junk that is in the drain every time it rains. The one (1) time that our property manager has come to help, he vacuumed up the water but it was so much the vacuum exploded and he left a massive pool of disgusting water all over the floor and never came back to clean it up. This issue has been happening to every unit in our strip of units starting at the top floor and going to the basement. Our ceiling and walls have horrible water damage to

I had a really great experience when I first visited these apartments. I was greeted with a warm welcome from their lovely staff and residents that I knew immediately that this would home for me. The apartments have great space, great amenities, and affordabale prices. I valued my experience here at the West Hudson, and making my decision was not easy, but with the help from their leasing staff I was able to make this great place home.
