Just sharing personal experience dealing with the management. They were very professional and responsive to concerns and questions. I am well informed in everything. The rental process was very organized. I received a welcoming email from them when I moved in. I would recommend this property management company to my friends.

This company kept my security deposit after living there for 3 years and paying on time. My lease was up and I was ready to go. I did everything legitimately and made sure to throughly clean and even mopped! After I turned in my keys and waited months I never received the deposit, the office reached out claiming I destroyed the property so they kept my money. I received a bogus invoice and to top it off even with the “deductions” they still owed me $50. Needless to say, I never received that either.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! I REPEAT- DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! MANAGEMENT SUCKS- MAINLY LOREN. THEY FOCUS ON YOU BEING A DAY LATE- AND THEY HIT YOU WITH $300 ATTORNEY FEE AND TAKE YOU TO COURT- BUT IF YOU NEED ANY KIND OF REPAIR, YOU WILL HAVE TO SIT AND WAIT TIL YOUR LEASE OVER, AND THEN THEY DEDUCT FROM YOUR SECURITY. IF YOUR RADIATOR LEAKS AND BLOWS STEAM EVERYWHERE, DAMAGING WALLS AND FLOORS- THEY WILL NOT COME OUT. IF THE APPLIANCES THEY PROVIDE STOP WORKING, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN, UNLESS YOU PAY THE RENT TO THE COURT HOUSE. MANY REPORTS OF WATER DAMAGE AND A CEILING FALLING-

I give them 0 stars. Our apartment is cheaply made and poorly insulated. Mangagement never picks up the phone, and takes forever to remedy a situation! I would not recommend renting from them. Our 1st month, the ceiling collapsed, the apartment flooded, the backyard was full of garbage, mice in the basement, broken windows, and much more. This management office is selfish and greedy and do not care about their tenants. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM, unless you want the same problems we had.
