Ridiculously overpriced, bad maintenance, everytime someone lets a door slam (which is constantly) it knocks art and pictures askew on your walls. The upstairs neighbors normal walking sounds like a freight train above your head day and night. Residents leave trash outside the dumpsters and overflowing everywhere. Even though none of these issues were properly addressed. They still raised the rent...twice.

Wouldn’t recommend. Convenient area and spacious housing, but extremely overpriced for the quality they provide. It was just my husband and I,however; we seemed to have to contact maintenance just about every week! Everything is super fragile and cheap! The dishwasher over flows every-time its turned it on. The garbage disposal never worked! We had major heating problems throughout the winter. And The guy had to come and fix our toilet every so often because the handles were cheap & kept breaking. After Kathy left, the staff was very disorganized & no one seemed to have answers for anything.

We loved living in these apartments. It is a very safe area, they were pet friendly, and I personally loved the boiler heating system they have. The apartments were quiet and it was so convenient that Walmart was our neighbor! Maintenance was always very responsive and office staff are so kind and helpful. We miss living here!

I enjoy living at Crosswait Estates because of the friendly, helpful staff. I feel that they communicate well with me. I appreciate that they hold packages in their office so I don't have to get them from the post office or drive down to the FedEx office in Waterloo. I like that there are two sets of washers and dryers in each section of the building. The maintenance staff has been very prompt when we had an issue. Sometimes we do hear noise and music from our neighbors late at night on weekends, but I understand that is part of apartment living. Thank you for a good experience.
