Ive lived in the lse apartments for 10 months. The neigbors are nosy and tje ogfice people choose favorites. I know MULTIPLE people who have multiple animals thay are on the breed restriction list and the office people do nothing. There's so much wrong with this place and im trying to move out AS SOON as possible

I lived here for quite some time but I'm afraid I'll have to move. The reason why is because in the past few days all I been hearing is constant arguing nonstop. I'm not sure if the disputes will turn into violence but I can't be around that nor my children. so I'm sorry but I'm moving away from Carriage house apartments.

I like living here. The apartments are nice. And most people that I've met are very nice. They keep up with the apartments rather well. When you need something that usually get to it pretty quickly. The only thing that I don't like is the laundry area. They don't have a machine large enough to wash comforters. There's a lot of people like me that don't have a vehicle so there's no way to go to a laundromat. They also don't provide a change machine in the laundry area which would be most welcome. Again people like me that can't get around I would hard time getting a hold of quarters to do laundry

While yes I love living here I find it absolutely ridiculous that I have requested to be put on a waiting list for a two bedroom for months now due to how long the wait list, I keep being told I am not over occupied nor in medical need of one. I have a 9 month old and am literally just trying to get him to sleep on his own. By the Department of Child Services guidelines once he turns a year old (in July) he is no longer allowed to sleep in my room. The over occupied reason they have given me is not good enough as I know of 2 friends in particular who are pregnant and just had her baby and its just

Was told i could be in there within three months.called three months later, and i was 3rd in line. Called one month after that and I'm 7th in line and the lady was crappy and couldn't explain why. Explained the dire need due to fear of escalation in a current living situation and was told they can't help me unless a police report is filed. Glad they would rather the incident happen rather than prevent it. Now I will be in debt for taking on something I now can't afford due to medical issues preventing me from factory work and it's now a year and a half later and still nothing from them. Not to

There's a lot of pretty cool people that live there and easy to make friends there. Lots of pros but some cons too. Theres a trail across the road and a nice huge field so the scenery is pretty good and they keep up pretty nicely on the apartments. I feel like they can be a little invasive though on checking on your yard or they let themselves in if you don't open after they knock. So there's a few things I don't like but it can be easily fixed.
