Services
At the core of Physical therapy is the understanding of human movement. Inherent with this understanding is the interaction of different systems and parts of the body in generating and controlling this movement. Clients seek the services of a physical therapist (PT) for many reasons. The most common reasons involve restoring function, mobility, and relieving pain.
Manual Therapy; a hands on approach, which can include massage, joint mobilization, and soft tissue mobilization, among others. Lars Mitchell, MPT, OCS, CSCS has been trained in advanced manual therapy techniques from Australia, Canada, and the United States. Core Stabilization Exercises: These exercises are designed to restore normal muscle firing and strength/stability to the muscles that protect your spine.

I have had vertigo for 72 years. It has been severe for 50 plus years. I have seen ENT's, chiropractors, and hospitals without any help.
This year has been really bad. I heard that Lars Mitchell could help.
I was very skeptical that any one could help. I called for an appointment and was told it would be a month away. The next day they called me and said Lars would see me during his lunch hour. He gave me the best evaluation ever.
The first treatment was hard on my vertigo. Then he gave me another treatment which was also hard. Then came the third treatment and Lars worked his best to help me

These are the best physical therapist is the area! Specifically Stephanie Was my therapist and I went from barely being able to use my right leg due to a disk extrusion to regaining full strength and no pain. I had seen 3 different neurosurgeons and two out of the three said I’d never get better without surgery. Well they were wrong. It was a long road but I’m now better and have less pain than I’ve have had in 8+ years. GO HERE! AND DO YOUR AT HOME EXERCISES THAT THEY ASSIGN!
