I was very disappointed in my trip he came 10 minutes you advertise always on time not true I was to get a Lincoln MKZ I was in s dirty Nissan again l not true to spend $70 to go to the airport which was crowed to be late trying to get out of a car which was not what I ordered I am very unhappy this just ruined my day

Brides, if you're looking for a wedding party bus/ limo look elsewhere. We hired Cleveland Taxi Limo for our wedding day in July, and the bus air conditioning was broken for the entire time, blowing hot air on everyone. After spending over a thousand dollars for wedding party hair and makeup, it did not even last until the pre-ceremony pictures because of how hot and sweaty everyone on the bus was. It was so uncomfortable, and was a horrible experience.

Needed a cab for travel back to airport. Although I thought it was short notice I was booked and assured an early morning driver would be available to get me to my flight. David showed up early was very professional. Car was gorgeous and very clean and got me to my destination stress free and early. Highly recommend!! Will book again.

The best limo experiences ever! First called CTL last summer for a couples trip to Blossom. It was the best price around for the transportation, but we found the extras to be amazing. Frank our driver was early, an excellent communicator, and knew exactly what we wanted from our trip. We brought food and drink and he parked up close for us to tailgate before the concert. There was no rushing us or counting minutes. He was very accommodating. So I of course had no qualms about reserving again in December for another couples' trip for a Holiday Lights Tour. Booked a bus for wedding day. Confirmed online and over the phone with the company. The company called back over a month later to let me know that the bus had previously been booked and that if we wanted we could get a smaller bus for our wedding party. They were very unprofessional about the big mistake they made and incredibly unorganized. ... Not reliable.

My driver picked me up 1 hour and 15 minutes late, causing me to miss dinner and a significant portion of the first set of a concert at Blossom Music Center. I scheduled a 5:30 pm pick-up for a 7:00 pm concert. I received text notification that my driver was on the way at 4:38 pm. At 5:32 pm, the driver called and told me she was late and would not arrive until 6:00 pm. James was prompt with our airport pickup. Be aware that the default is to include 20% gratuity with an online reservation, so you need to note if you prefer cash gratuity instead. They also charge for car seats, which is not clear during the reservation process. However their customer service redeemed themselves, and overall would recommend. Was helpful to have door-to-door service to the airport, especially traveling with young kids.

Most professional and reliable service I've ever used. I would never consider Uber or Lyft over CT. I use these guys for every business trip and personal event. April 11, 2017 needed to get a ride to CLE from Beachwood, OH. I had used this company before but it had been several years so wasn't sure how it services would be. What a pleasant surprise. It wasn't just as good.. it was better. Everything is done on line. Your card is not charged until you are picked up. It will included tip. You get that info when you book so there are no surprises. Had a great experience, was with a bunch of friends that was celebrating up coming wedding and decided to have a "Boys Night Out".We booked the party bus. Started the night drinking at the JACK, hit up the warehouse district, and ended up at another casino. Thank God none of us had to drive. Booked a 13 passenger limo bus with Jim for a birthday party (credit card given on 10-January-2017). Our needs were for a limo for 12 people. Less than 24 hours before event, was advised (via email, no call) of vehicle change which was not going to fit our needs.
