I was trying to book a car service on very short-term notice, which was my fault. They were not able to fill the reservation but spent time with me on the phone trying to help me track down someone reliable that could based on what I was looking for. There aren’t many businesses around that will take the time to help knowing they aren’t profiting from their time, but taking a few extra minutes to help me tells me the type of people you’re dealing with at A Star. Olga was a very professional, caring and awesome driver. I have no complaints about her service. However, I do have a few comments about the limo and the process leading up to our event. Ron was our contact for the entire process. In late May, we booked the ‘Executive Sprinter’ to accommodate our party of 12 (possibly 13) for Twilight at the Zoo. That vehicle is shown on website and I have seen it personally… would have been great for our group. Time was from 6p-12:30a. We received a quote and booked. Two weeks prior we were told our quote was incorrect and our price increased. Low and behold
