I have my own natural nails and it took forever to get polish off, very bad nail manicure! Not going back there. They may be fine for fake and acrylic but not natural nails. I went with my 7 year old daughter to get our toes done. Little did I know we would walk out spending $100! My toes look like my 7 year old painted them!

The manicure was very rushed, possibly they overbook. However it lasted nicely for 3 weeks! The reason for a 2 star rating was due to the uncleanliness of the establishment. I have went twice and was the first customer in the a.m. The table where my nails were done was filthy with dead nail skin, etc. The floors were the same. If kept clean this could be a great place to visit.

Totally has gone down hill. I've been coming every summer/fall for a minimum 20 years ---- back when Margie and Christian owned it. Every time this summer I have not liked my fill -- it grows out with rough acrylic by the cuticles. They lift.... Alan has zero personality and is rough-- he hurts me. He and one other girl have both made me bleed. Credit cards get charged a few bucks more

Iv been going to Le nails for YEARS! Despite the fact that there are many other places to go and get a pedicure Iv just always gone there because they have usually done a good job. I went there the other day and was very disappointed. I asked for a matte polish for my toes. They said they had none. I said I wanted either black or gray, but NOT shiny! What did I end up with? Black shiny toe nails! Ok, I thought, I can live with this as it's probably only the second time in many years that I have been disappointed with their service. My daughter had her nails done on 6/30 at this salon. The nail tech was super rude and had her in tears during the appointment. He started cutting her nails before asking what style she wanted and then proceeded to lecture her about not telling him earlier The nails looked terrible when finished. She was too shook up to confront him. He reeked of cigarette smoke and never apologized. We called the business and they claimed they didn’t have her name in the system. Absolutely unacceptable!

Took 2 hours for my +1 to get a manicure and the girl is just starting out. She charged full price for someone practicing. Conveniently, there was no supervisor after I paid $175.00. I asked for regular black on my toes and she charged an extra $15.00 for shellac that wasn't even used! What's fair is fair. Charge the right prices for your services. Too bad Bella's off 19th by Ross was closed today, they have THE BEST of the best.

Came in for a gel polish and had a good experience. I had an appointment and was helped immediately after coming in. Yen was really nice and careful. She took her time, nothing rushed, no cuts, did exactly what I asked for. I was charged exactly what I was told on the phone a week ago. I will definitely be coming back.
About the reviews that mention “broken English” and talking in another language, they speak fluent English, no problem understanding, accents are not “broken English”. There were minimal talking between them in another language, just a few sentences rarely, not full blown

I have gone to Le Nails several times! I haven't been there in a few months due to my work schedule etc. I went back today for a manicure and was very disappointed. The service and establishment has gone downhill quite significantly. I ended up waiting 15 minutes for my scheduled time. Finally, the person that gave me my manicure showed up and was very unprofessional and quite rude. The rest of the staff was quite rude as well. I'm not used to this as the service and staff have always been wonderful before this. I'm not sure if I will go back. 😔

I went with a few friends to get a pedicure and I was very surprised by the service. The lady doing my feet never talked to me, she was very rough and dug so hard into the side of my big toe nail that even 3 days later it’s still throbbing. I just hope I don’t have an infection! Reading all these posts about people getting cut and bleeding make me very worried about sanitary conditions there. I won’t be going back.
Edit one week later: The reason why I upgraded from one star to two stars is the nail polish is gorgeous. It’s been on over a week and hasn’t chipped yet. My toe ended up

I have been here twice, and have had the guy both times. Nice guy, but as everyone has also stated- he's in a bit of a rush and though I'm overall happy with my acrylic/shellac nails it's not the best full set acrylic I've ever had.
The only reason I'm writing this review is because as I was checking out, I watched Tammy treat the girl at the front checking me out HORRIBLY. I felt so bad for her and it made me extremely uncomfortable! I don't think I'll be giving them my service again!

I asked for my acrylics to be soaked off, instead the owner started pulling off my nails with a plastic nail tip! Not only that, they charged me full price after ripping off my pinky nail and making me bleed. I should have just left then but I allowed them to finish my full set. Needless to say they did a terrible job on top of all of that.

Didn't have grand expectations but even my mid-range expectations weren't met. I convinced my husband to get a pedicure with me as a date night before having a baby and we did the regular $30 pedicure. We weren't even in the chairs for 30 minutes. It was the shortest pedicure I've ever had.
The massage was more like someone applying lotion for me. The only good thing was that my husband was able to get a longer massage since he wasn't gettin polish on his toes. But he commented that his massage wasn't really a massage either.
I don't think I'll go back

Not a great nail salon.more like a nail factory.
Poor attention to detail in painting nail. And the foot/ calf massage was bad. The girl massaged my legs and feet AFTER she painted my toes which were not shellac. Which means my feet did not get massaged.
My daughter agreed with me completely.
It took less than 1 hour for both .
(Also the girl wanted me to soak off my shellac and I said no. She want to do it faster. )

I have really mixed feelings on Le Nails. I've gone there probably a dozen times, and usually I get Tammy, who has always done a great job.
However, this week I had to do a quick walk-in for a shellac manicure and ended up with a guy I hadn't had before (I wish I'd caught his name, sadly I didn't, but his table was just past the end of the windows on the right). Right from the start I realized I should've walked out - I specifically asked him to only trim down the nails on my thumbs and index fingers because they grow faster for some reason, and in fact I told him that

Got manicure Friday. Saturday polish was already chipping. By Sunday nails were already destroyed. Went in to complain, owner said the best they can do is retouch the nails. I told him that wasn't going to happen because it was obvious the polish was old. I told him for a professional place they needed to replace their polish because it was obviously old. Horrible place. Over priced and service is horrible.

While in Bozeman I needed a new set of pink & white nails with gel. Boy did Lee do a great job!
I also want to comment on The receptionist. She is great! Very helpful! Lee Is lucky to have her. I tip her also because she makes everyone's job easy! Again Lee is the person to see for both nails & pedicure!
