I made an appointment, had to wait almost 15 minutes to be seen, my nail tech made several judgements and rude comments, rushed my gel acrylics and didn't give me a manicure, (nail and cuticles) or add lotion and I paid for the top manicure package. I felt rushed out the door and this was my first visit, after several people recommended this location. Last time I'll ever go there, ugh! Only plus was my nails don't look horrible.

New to area and desperately needed nails done. Found this group on Yelp and it deserves 5 stars. Easier to call for appt and they get you right in:) My nail tech was very good and quick with a fill and color change.. I love leaving super happy with my nails I was in and out in just 40 min! I have never had such a poor manicure. I had an appointment and they were ready for me at the time. That was the only good thing. The water to soak my hands was cold and no soap or cuticle cream. All I wanted was basic, cut nails and buff shine no polish. The cut, file (if you could call it that) were horrible not to mention the buff polish. My nails were not even even in any way.

I usually go here but I just had a really weird experience and probably won't be back. I came today with my friend and her nails were awesome! Her's we're $75 for a two color design. Mine were 3 color design fill for $55z As seen in the picture, they were out of every color I wanted and he kind of argued with me about the white line. I really try not to be difficult and told him from the very start that I can go with something more simple (like just colored tips) but he persisted and this is what the outcome. I made an appointment online yesterday. I received a confirmation text from Viv later in the evening letting me know my appointment was accepted. I then got on Yelp and read some reviews. I nearly texted back and cancelled my appointment but I am SO glad I didn't. I got the Bella Signature Pedicure and a Deluxe manicure. It was one of the best pedicures I've ever had and the manicure design came out great.

I had a very unfortunate experience with Bella Nails (especially the gal who handled the appointments-the receptionist/nail tech). I went to the Bella Nails on S 23rd for a face wax and a pedicure. I arrived at 3:40 with a face wax appointment at 3:45 and a pedicure appointment at 4:00. At 4:00, I asked the receptionist when I would be going for a face wax because my pedicure was scheduled at 4:00. She said she was working on it. I have come here religiously for a few years now. I used to love coming here but things have changed. To me the service has gone down hill and so has the quality of the work they do. I also feel they have been rude to me the last few times I have been in. I have never been rude or unkind to them and I always leave a tip regardless of how My nails/toes look. This is sad to me because it is close to my home and work and is easy for me. After my experience today I have to say I don't think I will be returning.

I called and ask how much was a pedicure, and she told me 35 , so I was okay with that, than when we get there , we sat down for about 4 to 5 minutes and was checking out the colors, went to be seated and was ask if we wanted the stuff to make it last longer , so I said sure, I think the whole thing last no more than 20 minutes, and we were done , I have had only one done before, and it last over an hour, so I get up to pay and they say 100.00 dollars , so I throught they already put the tip in, still not sure, I feel bad if they didn't, but when I ask a few friends and family they all said

Anna did a great job with my nails! I called Sunday to make an appointment and they got me in for Monday at 10am. The appointment took about an hour and a half, and I am very happy with the results. I had a previous injury to one nail and you can't even tell! Anna worked very quickly with lots of attention to detail, very impressed.

Worst pedicure ever. The guy was looking around at other things the entire time and it was very obvious he would literally rather be anywhere. He cut my cuticles and made them bleed, and he kept trimming them over and over. He couldn't keep the polish on my toes either as there was several spots on my skin around the nail.
He also told me my nails were dry, so i put my shoes on. Not at all to my surprise my nails were smudged when I got home.
